Our neighborhood is very safe and charming with many beloved spots in this flourishing local area of East Nashville. The airport is only about 15 minutes away. There are plenty of Ubers, Lyft and taxis available if you choose not to bring a car. This condo is in a great location to enjoy all the things that Nashville has to offer!

Good location

Was in a good location close to downtown easy to get to where you wanted to go. Could have used some ceiling fans for air circulation and instead of a futon in the living room needed to be a couch so you had somewhere comfortable to sit. The parking situation is kind of tight for large SUVs or trucks.

We were in town for some appointments at Vandy hospital and needed a place to feel comfortable. Not a hotel. They had everything we needed from convenience of location, to everything we needed to cook our own meals in house and was so incredibly comfortable. Location was good for us. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Only negative was the trundle bed that was to be used as a sofa. Terribly uncomfortable as a sofa. Super deep. A sleeper sofa would have been much better.

It was okay

The place is not bad. The first property I ever stayed where there was no television in either of the bedrooms. Just one in the common area with 4 adults. The bathroom was not in the masters suite but was in the room with the two full. beds. Felt like that was backwards. The lights in the bathroom were dim to dark. The location is great and it was clean enough.
