The condo was great the parking not so much it was about a block away so you had to walk over with all your luggage and the 2 flights of stairs to get to the condo was not pleasant need to be more descriptive with the stairs and no elevator and the how far parking is for your vehicle

Frat house

Location is perfect if you want to be steps from the bars on Broadway. Condo is large and would be perfect for a larger group who’s there for a weekend to party. Not clean or updated and a bad smell from the hallway. If it was a hotel, you’d rate it like a cheap one off the interstate. The code lock kept us from being able to get into the unit on several occasions, had us worried we’d be locked out all night and we had to contact owner via 800 number to correct.

Friends trip

Great location being you can walk anywhere being so close to Broadway. You have to expect the noise being so close. Maybe better windows that arent paper thin would help. And then dealing with construction right outside all hours can be annoying but can deal a bit. The smell in the hallway coming in and out of the unit was disgusting. And dirty. The unit itself was nice, as it looked in photos. Getting in the doors were difficult. And got very frustrating trying to open.The unit wasn't very clean. Definitely needs a better cleaning service and deep cleaning. When we checked in one of the couches seemed to have vomit on it. Very dusty all over. Leaking roof which we had to keep a pot on the floor to collect the water dripping in. And outlets in one of the rooms did not work. And no remote control for the TV. We all basically cleaned all sufaces in the unit because we were grossed out. Other than that the location and roominess of the unti was great. We ended up getting one night comped because of all the things we had to deal with, so that was fair. But definitely would have been more enjoyable if the doors worked right, it was clean, and at least had a remote for the tv. Id probably not stay there again unless those things were addressed better

Customer service was great. The room was not!! The only seller is the location. The tv was ripped out of wall and did not work. The air did not keep up to cool the upstairs loft. The scaffold right next to our windows with construction starting at 6am was never mentioned!!! We left early.

Broadway neighborhood condo

Excellent location for everything Broadway and the River offer- walk to it all. Fantastic location- everything is walkable. Large "family room" for gathering. Washer/dryer in kitchen too.

Location is perfect, but needs some work

We we're all hyped up until there was no Hot Water in the Bathroom sink. Then we found the water pressure in the shower was terrible as well, better to take a bath. The only other complaint from the whole group was that I need to find a place with two bathrooms next time. Thank you guys for putting up with us...!

Locks on doors did not open well. Doors stuck badly. No hot water in bathroom sink. Floors dirty. Door to bathroom would not close or lock. Shower head bearly had water coming out.
