Great for couple's stay in Nashville

Cute 700 sq ft, 3 room unit in recently developed complex. Great for our couple's vacation. Unit was clean and ready upon our arrival. Property felt secure, and property mgr was accessible by text, phone or email, and responded to our questions in reasonable time. Easy access to Broadway & downtown. Overall a great stay!

We stayed here for six nights, and while the décor was beautiful and the location very convenient, the overall experience was disappointing. On the surface, the unit appeared clean, but we experienced allergic reactions on the very first night. We ended up having to wash all the linens and towels with our own detergent, which offered some relief, but the pillows seemed to be a major issue. Washing those helped somewhat, but it was incredibly frustrating and not something we should have had to deal with on vacation. We even had to purchase allergy medication due to persistent itching. Noise was also a problem. The upstairs neighbors were loud at odd hours, waking us up around 2AM on a couple of nights. The hallway frequently smelled like a dog had been around, which was unpleasant. Additionally, the sleeping arrangements were misleading. The unit was advertised as having a sleeper sofa and one bedroom, but what was provided was actually a small futon—only suitable for a child. The air mattresses stored in the closet were unusable, as they didn’t hold air and deflated as soon as you laid on them. All things considered, I would not stay here again and definitely would not recommend it to others.
