Only13 mi drive into downtown Nashville and 18-20 mins to Nashville's International airport, plus close to great nearby restaurants, grocery stores, water craft/fishing at nearby Old Hickory Lake...PLUS much more ! We offer a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, nicely furnished Living/family room, dining room, shade covered private back yard with deck and patio area with Gas BBQ , comfortable outside dining, lounging and quiet privacy.

This home is a lovely 2 story home located in a quiet mature pine-tree lined neighborhood called Windsor Green. Our home is a comfortable oasis...a place to retreat to after your many fun-filled adventures in Tennessee.

Only 3 minutes to historic and lovely Moss Wright Park. Playgrounds, walking/jogging on tree lined smooth trails along Mansker Creek. See historic and original Bowen Home (1798) and learn how the Pioneers lived. Adults and children will Enjoy the wonderful creek where you and the children can even feed the friendly fish!...just bring some bread! Also has a great playground and picnic tables/BBQ grills.

We trust you will greatly enjoy your quiet morning or evening walks through our private and peaceful Neighborhood.

Conveniently located to great nearby restaurants and shopping. Enjoy the relaxing quiet as you come to your home after spending a day in the hustle n Bustle of Nashville. You will feel right at home the minute you open our welcoming front door.

Living Room
The main room has a spacious open feel with a vaulted ceiling and ceiling fan. An upstairs landing over-looks the living room. Comfortable couch, and chairs with ottoman and leather recliner in the living room. HDTV flat-screened TV and high-speed internet connection.

KITCHEN:
The spacious kitchen is bright and cheery! An eat-in kitchen with room to cook your gourmet and family meals. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. A dishwasher, micro wave, blender, toaster, pots and pans, crock pot, dishes, tea pot, drip and Keurig cup coffee maker, dishes and dish soap are all provided. There is also complementary sugar, tea, flour, tin foil, cooking oil and spices etc..

MASTER BEDROOM
The large lovely Master suite is located on the main floor.The King size bed is a very comfortable "Pillow Top" for your added comfort. The lovely decor is in subtle white and light soft blues. Large Flat screen HDTV.

The master bedroom also has it's own in-suite separate dressing/make-up area, a large 'garden size bath-tub', a big walk-in closet (which could serve as a close-by Babies 'sleeping room that's air conditioned/heated). There is also a separate bathroom with toilet/sink/large mirror.

TWO Bedrooms UPSTAIRS and full bathroom.
The two private bedrooms upstairs are tastefully decorated to compliment the decor throughout the home. Each bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, closet,, dresser and mirror etc. Also a second bathroom with a sink, towels, tub/shower combination.

Great safe-feeling and side walked neighborhood to get your walk or jog in.

We recommend a nearby (3 minutes or less) restaurant called 'Chefs.' It's a charming place for locals and our Guests.(No one else knows about this hidden Gem) It's locally owned and is rated as the #1 Caterer for the last 7 years in Nashville. Their wonderful coffees, desserts are Simply the BEST around !

A We are so sorry...but we can no longer accommodate our friendly Motor-Cycle Travelers in this neighborhood due to new HOA Rules.
B) there is a 15. guest fee per person per night over 4 guests
C) Our home is not set up to accommodate wheelchairs. There are 7 steps up to the main porch entrance and 3 steps up to the home by way of our back deck.
D) Only 10 mins to Hendersonville's Drakes Creek Softball Park. TOURNAMENT participants are welcome at any of our Homes.(Please do not wear Baseball cleats inside our home or on our wood deck :) Many River Rafter/Canoe Outfitters to help you plan your next adventure. See Tennessee's beautiful water Falls. Golf anyone? Many nice public courses nearby.

Great family home

Had a great weekend using the property as a base to explore Nashville and also The Kentucky border. A very clean and presentable house that suited our family of four well. I highly recommend.

Nice suburban home in quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay. The house is well set up and commutable to downtown Nashville, less than a half hour away. We briefly met the host who stopped by to get a leaf blower. He was very nice.

Amazing home

We could not of asked for a better place to stay. The house had everything we needed, very clean and cute. The location was perfect, close to tons of shopping and eating places. Jack was the perfect host. The communication was great. He called to welcome us and followed up to make sure everything was as we expected. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Beautiful Home

I just came back from 7 days staying at this property and was very satisfied with my stay. The rooms are furnished very nicely and are comfortable. The beds are very comfortable too. It is also convenient to Nashville and the airport but it would help if you have a car to travel. Their are some good restaurants in close proximity to the house. We had Thai food one night and Mexican food another night and both meals were wonderful. The neighbor location of the house is on a cul de sac and is very quiet. I would definitely stay here again if I were going to Nashville in the future

A great place to find rest

Me and some other were in town for a conference. The location of the home was precisely between the two alternating event locations and made it convenient in that regard. The home was clean and comfortable. Jack’s communication was great and he even called a few days before the trip to see if we had any questions before arriving and to make sure we knew he was available for questions s and any issues that might pop up, of which there were none. Family Baptism

I have start by saying the hosts are very sincere people wanting to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They are very attentive to all your needs and will do their best to make your stay very comfortable. The house served our needs very well especially since there were 4 adults, a 3 yr old and a 16 mo old baby. We certainly had all that we needed for the 5 days we were there. There wasn’t one thing missing to accommodate our stay. Thank you Jack & Lee for sharing your rental. We will consider using this rental again in the future especially since it is just minutes from my sons home!

Great place nice owners

This is the second time staying with these property owners but a different property. Everything is just as it is indicated. We had a small snaffu upon entry with the code. The coffee pot was broken and since I am not smart enough to use a Keurig - we spoke with the owners and they were able to run over another coffee pot. Crisis averted! Beautiful location and quiet neighborhood. Nice area for walking around. We came to visit friends that lived 5 min away and it was perfect. All in all it was a lovely property and a nice stay.

Good time in Goodlettsville!

The home is well kept, neat, clean and welcoming. Jack reached out to me prior to our arrival with some helpful hints and dining recommendations (which were excellent). He was very nice and responsive in our communications. The home is in a cute neighborhood that is easily accessed off of the major thoroughfare so it was convenient to everything we needed to get to. Though we spent most of our time out and about, we did have some couch/tv time. The tv service is basically streaming service so be sure to have your access to apps ready to go. The beds were very comfortable. The shower downstairs was awesome, the pressure in the upstairs bath was low but all in all we had a marvelous stay! If you have the time to explore the antique stores and eateries in Goodlettsville, do so. It is a charming way to spend an afternoon!

Wonderful location for visiting Nashville area

Jack & Lee were very helpful and polite! They have a wonderful document that lists all kinds of helpful links and suggestions - be sure to ask for it just in case it might help.The home was in a quiet yet easily accessible place just north of Nashville with easy access to interstate, US highways, main thoroughfares, etc.Be sure to call the owners with questions (better to call live than VRBO message or text); they'll answer your questions right away when you connect with them on the phone.

Quick Nashville Wedding

My husband and I, my sister and her husband and my father all stayed here for a family wedding over the weekend. The house had everything we needed for our short stay. Convenient access to both downtown Nashville and the wedding venue. The house was clean outside of the large amount of dust on the short wall in the living room. The only issue we had was when we were getting ready for the wedding. The bathroom fuses both upstairs and downstairs blew. The entire upstairs bathroom became useless because the lights wouldn’t turn on. I called both homeowners and left voicemails. I text both homeowners as well. I did not hear back for 30 minutes and even then the issue remained unresolved for the remainder of our stay because the homeowners were out of town and the fuse box was in the garage behind locked doors we could not get access to. It was manageable and we worked it out for the rest of our stay, borrowing bathrooms and using random rooms to get ready but it was frustrating to not be able to resolve the issue.

Nashville trip**Fantastic house

Absolutely loved our house in Goodlettsville. Drinking coffee and sitting on the front porch. In a beautiful quiet neighborhood was so peaceful. The trip into Nashville was only about 20 minutes. The city was awesome to visit but happy to return to our peaceful haven nightly.

Quiet with Comfortable Accommodations

The home was as described. We appreciated coming home to a quiet house after visiting Nashville. We enjoyed hanging out as a family in comfortable surroundings. We contacted host Lenore when we had trouble with the front door lock, then later realized it was it was our fault. We didn’t understand the instructions. Host Jack came into the house prior to the 10am check out- which was a little creepy.

Awesome and enjoyed the stay …

My sister and I had a great time and the accommodations were excellent … cozy yet quiet neighborhood and convenient to the interstate and all we wanted to do. The house is tastefully decorated, very nice floor plan, and we will plan for another visit.
