📦 SUPPLY STARTER KIT
No one wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day! That’s why we provide a supply starter kit – to get you through the first day or two of your stay. The kit includes a roll of paper towels, dish sponge, two dishwasher pods, five trash bags, dishwashing liquid, all-purpose cleaner, a small selection of coffee pods, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

Guest Access:
You can park in the two car garage. Beyond that, you can park on the street but may have to walk a block or two. The parking spaces surrounding the home are assigned to other property owners and strictly enforced.

The Neighborhood:
Surrounded on all four sides by more well-known neighborhoods, like Sylvan Park and West End, this hot new pocket of housing, retail and food is one surely not to miss. City Heights is located just north of Midtown, right off Interstate 440, reaching from 31st Avenue on the west, 16th Avenue on the east, Charlotte Avenue on the south and Herman Street on the north.

The area’s unobstructed views of Downtown to the East and the rolling hills of Middle Tennessee to the West make it prime location to indulge in all the town has to offer.

Right off Charlotte Pike is oneC1TY, a mixed-use development with up-scale restaurants, lively bars and plentiful outdoor space to soak up that warm Tennessee sun. Start your day right with a dose of caffeine at Sump Coffee, followed by your choice of lunch spots. Head on over to Pasteria, a laid-back Italian joint with pizza, pasta, and tons of yummy natural light. Insider tip: the indoor space is great for large groups! If you’re looking for a healthier option, look no further than Avo, Nashville’s first raw plant-based dining concept. Avo offers gluten-free, 100% plant based food (and drink!) options. Oh, did we mention how Instagrammable the space is? Two words: avocado mural.

For the afternoons, we recommend popping over to oneC1TY’s outdoor space and grabbing a SandBar Slurpee at SandBar Nashville. Adult Capri Suns not your thing? Perhaps the 2lb beer is more to your liking. (Yes, you read that right. 2 lbs. Get to drinking.) SandBar is also great if you traveled with your favorite four-legged companion. The porch is dorg-friendly. We also recommend a little pitstop at KOKOs Ice Cream for your sweet tooth – you’ll feel like you’ve stepped in an old school diner on the Big Island of Oahu. A-lo-ha, Nashville!

**We do not accept bookings from guests within a 50-mile radius.
