  • This townhome offers a memorable getaway to Music City, complete with a picturesque rooftop terrace and a karaoke stage in the garage. The rooftop offers views of the Nashville skyline, a golf putting game, cornhole, firepit, gas grill, dining table, a green wall with a light-up "Nashville" sign and lounge furniture.



    The kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless steel appliances and a wide island with seating for 4. There is a Keurig coffee maker that can brew individual cups using "K-Cup Pods" or full pots of coffee with capacity up to 12 cups.



    There are four luxurious bedrooms spread over three stories. Each bedroom either has its own bathroom or a bathroom nearby. Each bathroom is equipped with a light-up makeup mirror and a hair dryer. There is also a dedicated office space with a small desk and a futon.



    You will have access to the entire townhome.



    This home is in a 50 home subdivision. Many of the homes within the community are vacation rental properties. We are located about 4 miles away from downtown.



    There is one parking space in the garage. There are 5 shared parking spaces across the driveway and numerous parking spaces on the street. We will send you a parking map with additional details prior to check in.

We had a great stay! The property had everything we needed. Ryan was very responsive with our questions. We loved the roof top, spent our evenings up there after a night on Broadway!! We appreciate the information left for the van service and food delivery! We would definitely stay again!

We used this house for a long bachelor‑party weekend and it worked really well for a group of 11 guys. The layout with four bedrooms plus extra sleeping spots gave everyone enough room, and the rooftop with the skyline view and karaoke setup was the star of the show. Check‑in with the keyless code was easy, Wi‑Fi worked fine for everyone, and the kitchen and bathrooms were clean and stocked with the basics when we arrived.

The property was clean and exactly as described. The area felt very safe. The distance to all activities around the property were perfect. The host had excellent welcome instructions that included absolutely everything we needed to know, and answered all questions. The host also has incredible communication. Without a doubt 10/10 would book at this property with this host again!
