Went on a girls trip to Nashville and stayed here. I can't say enough about how much we loved this townhouse -- the host has thought of everything you can possibly need to enjoy your stay, to include the selfie wall inside and the rooftop murals. Our stay was wonderful and the beds were sooo comfortable. Being able to use the garage to park the car was great as well. The host was extremely responsive to all of questions -- before our arrival and during our stay. This place is perfect and we will definitely be coming back to stay again in the future. I highly recommend this place (and this host) for your trip to Nashville!

My friends and I came down to celebrate my 50th Birthday! This house was absolutely perfect! We loved everything about it! I highly recommend it! Alex was great to work with and responded to emails immediately! The photo opportunities were perfect! The guys weren’t as thrilled as us girls, but they were troopers. We are definitely coming beck because we didn’t get to take advantage of the beautiful rooftop. It was very clean! Lots of space! Thank you Alex!

If you are looking for a great place to stay in Nashville with a caring and accommodating host, look no further. This place fulfilled all of our necessities. It had a spacious living room, awesome decorations and plenty of bedrooms / bathrooms. This apartment was a 10 min uber to all the location we wanted to check out. It was also walking distance to several coffee shops, restaurants and thrift shops. The host went above and beyond on all fronts. He answered all of our questions, gave us local recommendations and supported us through a winter storm. I would highly recommend this place to all of my friends and family that are looking to stay at Nashville.Thanks again Alex for all of your help! Awesome Stay

A group of 10 of us stayed here for a long weekend and had the best time! The place was just as described and shown in pictures! Being able to park in the garage and have driveway parking made the trip so convenient. It was also so easy to get Ubers to/from the house. The rooftop patio was an added bonus! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Nashville.

Great for big groups!

We were here for a surprise party and the property was huge for our group with enough space to spread out. It was close enough to everything we needed and even had this handy van phone number to get everyone escorted around easily. Would recommend- we wish we could have used the roof more, but it rained the weekend we were there.

We had a great time for my 40th birthday! We had 11 people and all fit well in the house. The rooftop patio was awesome, wish there would’ve been a small fire pit but we loved being able to hang out up there and grill. Lots of stairs but the view is worth it! Perfect house for groups

This property was excellent and exceeded our expectations. We traveled to Nashville for my 40th birthday with a group of 7 and never had an issue. The house is huge, with the 4 bedrooms, 2 of them having multiple beds, which makes for plenty of sleeping space. Each room has its own bathroom which is a plus for groups. Decor was very modern and the house was very clean. The rooftop is the cherry on top!

Friends Trip

6 people 55-60 range, all first timers to Nashville, house was perfect size, the weather wasn't the best (definitely be prepared because it's a lot walking). We needed to reach out to the owner with questions and his response time was excellent! I recommend this house 100%! Nashville is one party city!
