Nashville Getaway

We enjoyed our stay! The apartment was clean and stocked as described and the walk to lower Broadway was only about 20 minutes. We hung out on the balcony daily!The second bedroom has an opening to the living room though so the noise carried into that room making it hard for the people in there to sleep while someone was in the living room. Also, it would have been great if the door code stayed the same throughout the trip.

Spacious condo with furnished balcony and nice view day or night. We loved the Nashville themed artwork on the walls and the large window overlooking the river. Nice appliances and the furniture was comfy.

Nice property

Nice property, very updated, be aware that every day you will get a new access code to get into the garage for parking and a separate access code to get into the condo. We felt very safe walking to Broadway. There was a lot of homeless people between the condo and Broadway. The parking garage is completely gaited which was good. If you're a coffee drinker, it takes pods. There are train tracks that run right next to the property and trains that runs day and night. The view is pretty. We are very happy with our stay and would rent again

Fabulous!

This is just a brilliant location right on the river. The train runs acrross the bridge but this adds to the charm. We loved watching the trains, the boats and the sea egales who were nesting and feeding their young!!! The apartment is reall well laid out with all you need. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The lounge space made it perfect for us to socialise so much better than 2 hotel rooms. Would stay here again. also ideal for car parking as no extra cost or valet parking!

Birthday Weekend in Nashville

I loved the location. Little to no traffic on the street out front. Property was beside a rail line, but our unit was towards the middle of the property and never heard the train at night. Bring hangers as there are none in the closets. Loved the view of the river from the large living room window and balcony.

VA/SC vistitors

We came to Nashville in the beginning of September just for a little getaway. The Condo was very nice, clean, cozy, quiet and very close to the downtown area. It is in walking distance however we chose to drive. We enjoyed being able to get great sunset pictures from the balcony in the mornings while having coffee. The train was very close however it was nice to watch and also the boats. Very peaceful!! Looks as if there are some new buildings come up around the property which will add the value of the peacefulness of this condo. We enjoyed our stay very much; this will be our choice if we revisit Nashville. Positive experience.

Great location

Great location that is an easy walk to either Broadway or Nissan Stadium. The property had a great view out of the large window in the living area- the kids even spotted a turtle in the river! The bedding in the master bedroom left much to be desired. There wasn’t a proper fitted sheet and the mattress cover was stained. The bed also only had a sheet, no blanket/comforter of any sort. The secondary bathroom’s toilet didn’t flush and we needed to remove the lid to help it function. We didn’t reach out to the host during our stay because we just weren’t in the house much, but wanted to be sure that they are aware of these items.

Nightmare

There were numerous codes to enter...garage, elevator, unit, etc. Those codes did not work. After MANY calls to management, new codes were sent, which didn't include ALL the codes required. We were encouraged to download an app...which also had an incomplete list of codes. Additionally, the neighborhood was sketchy...homeless encampments, trash everywhere. We didn't walk outside at night. NOT a place to let the kids go out and play

Nice, Comfortable, and Secure

We had a great time staying here. The unit was very clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen (pots, pans, utensils, dishes, bowls, glasses, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pods, sponges, papertowels, etc.) and the bathrooms (2) - towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner. Beds were very comfortable and room was a great and comfortable steady temperature. Location is currently (October 2024) in a place undergoing much construction, and while the building felt very safe and secure, walking at night especially from downtown didn't feel so safe, and certainly not walking from the riverfront area. So we Ubered mostly. GREAT nearby place to walk to for breakfast (Toastique), and Musician's Hall of Fame is less than a mile for a nice easy walk. Great view of the river. Read lots of complaints about the freight trains, but they did not disturb any of us at all. Inside you could barely her the train, and outside it wasn't very loud. Kind of "country music romantic" so... what's country music in Music City without some trains?? Customer service was great. We reported a couple minor issues they would not have been aware of upon arrival, and we asked that they take care of that after we checked out, as they weren't issues for our stay. Check in is easy, and you feel very safe with the building lock AND your unit lock. Just make sure your door is actually locked when you leave!! Not familiar with these locks, our door was not properly locked ou first time out. I would recommend the unit and the owner's management/

This home had an amazing view of the river, and we spent quite a bit of time watching the water traffic and turtles catching logs downstream. A short walk to Broadway and lots of great entertainment and food. Highly recommend the nearby Farmer’s Market! Excellent weekend at this property—Do yourself a favor, and book a stay!

There is a weird cut out between the kitchen and the second bedroom. People staying in that room can hear everything in the kitchen and the lights shine in also from the kitchen. Not great for the guests staying in that room. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The river view is gorgeous and there was a cute turtle family we liked feeding. There is a train that runs frequently right by the condo which some may not like but it was not very loud and we enjoyed watching it. The location is very convenient and the free parking is a bonus.
