Getting in and out of the property was easy. The location was great, lots within walking distance. Loved the stay all around, very accommodating! The property manager was extremely helpful throughout our stay, and very communicative.

Great Location & Price

Very clean and comfy spot that’s close to downtown. I was here for a conference and it was a simple walk to the music city center. The husk restaurant right next to it is a fantastic spot! 10/10 for the price would stay again.

Awesome location to stay.

Only 15 minutes from the airport and close to some cool places. The Goat is good food, 3rd and Lindsley and Southern collective spirits are right around the corner. Host was very responsive and very helpful. Great place to stay.

Great Location

Can’t beat the location of this property. We walked to Bridgestone Arena and the bars on Broadway. The rental is clean and comfortable. The property is gated which was a nice added safety feature. Parking was easy. The owner gave us good directions and was easy to reach. We would stay here again without a doubt.

Casey was a good host! Very communicative, including good with getting back to you quickly. The unit was located not too far from downtown, so we chose to walk there multiple days during our stay, which was quite convenient!
