  • Completely renovated house in a historic section in one of the best neighborhoods in the desirable East Nashville area. The house is only a couple of blocks to Jeni's Ice Cream (the best ice cream in Nashville), Rosepepper Mexican Grill, Two Ten Jack, Wild Cow, Graze, Eastland Cafe, and three coffee shops: Ugly Mugs, Terminal Cafe, and Portland Brew. It is close to all the hip clubs and shopping in E. Nashville and only ten minutes to downtown.
