The house was perfect for our stay. My family and I were very comfortable. My only tiny criticism is there was only one dish cloth and one dish towel. We enjoyed most of our meals at the house, so we used the kitchen quite a lot . I still give this home an excellent rating. I would recommend it and would happily book it again for future stays. A little far out from Nashville, but not a bad drive. House was clean and you can see improvements made by the owner. Plenty of room and comfortable beds made for a relaxing stay.

Location was perfect for Bonnaroo. Very accommodating host and the house was extremely clean and comfortable. The beds were amazing which isn't something I can usually say about a hotel or BNB. Would recommend!

Great House and Location

We had a great stay at this house. The owner was very nice and she keeps a very nice and clean place. The beds were comfortable, the house had everything we needed. The back patio was fantastic. We have stayed at many VRBOs and it is so nice when you get a good one like this.

The home is situated in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It was spotless clean with plenty of towels and toiletries. There was "fixins for coffee. All in all, it was exactly as advertised if not better. If we come to Murfreesboro again, we will definitely consider staying here.

Beautiful updated home in a quiet neighborhood setting. Special touches throughout. Updated kitchen and furniture. Comfortable seating and bedding. Quality linens and towels. Fabulous oversized covered patio and fenced back yard. We have booked a lot of vacation properties and this is one of the best.

Disappointed after reading previous 5 star reviews that convinced me to stay here. Needs a thorough cleaning. House has a musty smell, living room carpet needs either steam cleaned or replaced, bathroom fans were filthy, kitchen fan dirty and has spiderwebs, patio cushions were very dirty to sit on. Had to put a towel on them. The good things were the covered patio, the size of the home was nice, the decorations on the walls were cute. The beds were clean and comfortable also. This home has great potential if it just had some TLC.
