Summary:
BRAND NEW East Nash condo w/2 King beds! Walk to local bars/restaurants, grocery, liquor stores and only a 3 mile drive to Broadway! Building also has massive community rooftop deck to relax or enjoy a drink with a view. Into Karaoke? Sids Gold Room piano bar is right next door with nightly karaoke. Dive bars? One of the best in East Nashville, The Underdog, is right across the street. Welcome to Music City! Please note: No locals. locals that book without inquiring first may not be reimbursed.
The Space:
There is one large bedroom with a comfy King size bed! The sofa sleeper is a very easy-to-use pullout that will fold out into a king-size bed as well. Bedroom has a large 45" TV and the living room has a big 65" TV for movies or game day. Single working desk outside of the bedroom. Large rooftop access with city views. Very close to local favorites dining, bars, shopping and entertainment. Five Points, Opryland, Downtown airport all within 5-15 min. Large furnished kitchen space, wi-fi, coffee, and large fridge with ice maker. This is an outside self-serve entrance motel-style private condo in East Nashville.
*Dogs Allowed on a case by case basis (max 2). $75 pet fee per pet. Please inquire w/ host before booking. Breed restrictions apply. No Cats allowed. Pet fee will be added to reservation after booking. Dogs are not allowed on furniture and must be kept in kennel at all times while left alone in unit.
All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book through Airbnb and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm.
If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.
Guest Access:
Dedicated parking space - painted on the pavement. There are also a few guest spots available - first come, first serve.
The Neighborhood:
Kroger grocery, liquor store, Little Caesars, gas station are all right across the street. 2-5 mins to amazing local dining and drinks like Pearl Diver, Pelican and Pig, Little Taste of Italy, and many more. Downtown is a quick 7-10 min ride. Opryland is 10 min. airport is 15 min. This is right off of Gallatin Pike which is the main road into Downtown.
Since this is on the main road and in East Nashville you may hear light car noises.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are typically available within 4-5 min pickup. You will also have one dedicated parking space should be you driving into town.

Clean and stylish, had everything we needed. Great location, close enough to all of the action but quiet enough to relax at night. Would definitely stay here again!
Great place, clean, comfortable and definitely a place to come back to. Location is in the middle of everything; you need a car, but mins away. Have a great time will reach out again
Our stay was amazing, the condo is right across from the grocery store and Walmart right down the road. The location was in amazing shape and the bed was very comfortable. The price is a great deal for the location and I would highly recommend to stay here. Management is also very kind and helping when needed.
Great little place convenient to all the local attractions
My wife & I plus our little Yorkie stayed here for a quick getaway from Ft Worth. The price was very good, the unit was clean and stocked with all the essentials you may need. The location was halfway between downtown and the Osprey, so easy to visit both areas. WThe rooftop public area was nice as well. We had a great stay.
Place was exactly what was listed. Nice, spacious and comfortable. During the day it’s a little nosy due to traffic but evenings are quiet. Grocery store is super close. Easy access to freeway too. I would stay here again.
We had a quick trip to Nashville for a concert and this spot worked great for us and our two dogs. The place was clean and in a prime location to get in and out of the city. Communication with the owners was quick and reliable. We would stay here again.
Overall, everything was amazing! Location was close enough to broadway for frequent visits and all broadway wants/desires but without all of the broadway noise, owner’s stay requests are very clear, very clean, and we felt safe the entire stay.
This condo was a great choice for me, my husband, our adult daughter and her friend. Quick drive or Uber to Broadway, The Gulch, Nissan Stadium and great shopping at Opry Mills. Updated decor, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and fun rooftop deck. We would definitely stay here again.
Peaceful with everything at my fingertips for whatever I needed clean up to date in well put together not to much just a nice cozy home vibe recommend this stay for anyone
Property was nice and clean. Access to everything was good. The train bridge near the property was not terrible, just somewhat loud and many trains went over it.

We stayed here when I took my son and his friend to Nashville for a concert. It was incredibly clean and well maintained and had just enough space for us without feeling cramped. The boys loved the rooftop access! There is a lot of street noise but the host has provided fans that blocked out any noise while we were sleeping. I would definitely be open to staying here again.
The condo was beautiful and very clean. We had plenty of space for our family with the 2 king beds. Great location as well. For those unfamiliar with the neighborhood, the condo is off a busier street and close to the train. We used to live in East Nash so we knew what to expect for noise at night and did not have any issues with it!
My husband and I had a wonderful 3-night stay in this Nashville condo. It was just as beautiful as the pictures and incredibly clean, which was the most important thing we were hoping for in order for us to have a comfortable stay. Speaking of comfort, the bed was more comfortable than we had imagined it would be! Location is great for downtown and convenient with grocery stores and drive-thru restaurants nearby. We would recommend this property to anyone looking!
