We enjoyed our stay at this house near downtown Nashville. The house was modern, beautiful and clean. The host was easy to get ahold of and accommodated an early check in which was great for our trip. Overall, 5 stars!

Girls Birthday Weekend Getaway!!!

House was conveniently located close to downtown, and 15 minutes from the airport. Host was welcoming and helpful with providing everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone visiting Nashville.

Great place and less than 10 min drive to Broadway. Place was exactly as described - completely updated and very clean! Matt was extremely accommodating and quick to respond responsive! Check in/out process very easy!! Will stay here again next time we come back to Nashville!

The inside is remarkable! There’s a great entertainment area between the kitchen, dining room and seating area! Three bedrooms that are very big and have a lot of room! We really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Great property and location

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Nashville. It was very clean and spacious, and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The East Nashville neighborhood was great...quiet and residential, yet close to every place we wanted to go. So many cute restaurants and coffee shops within 2 miles or less, and only a quick 10 minute uber to get to the downtown areas and music venues.

Great Weekend in Nashville

The property was exactly as shown. It had more than enough room for our group and had everything we needed for our stay. All area attractions were a short Uber away. Check in was super easy and the owner was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great place to stay in Nashville

Matthew’s home was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at through VRBO or otherwise. It definitely exceeded my expectations and looked even better (and bigger) in person. Was only a quick Uber ride to Broadway (restaurants, bars, performances, etc) with lots of brunch/restaurant spots nearby. I highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Nashville.

We really enjoyed this clean up to date spacious house, 10min from downtown. Check& communication was great. The neighborhood is transforming, so some older houses in the mix, but no issues at all. Can recommend.

It was an amazing space! Easily housed me and 9 other friends. Kitchen was the best and very clean. The bathrooms were kept very clean and everything smelled good. The beds were a little hard/tough. The host was so easy to communicate with and even supplied me with a few cleaning supplies for the house when I needed it!

Modern and Bright

This was a great home away from home for a quick weekend getaway. It looked exactly like the pics.The place gets a lot of natural light so bring your sleep mask! The stairs are steep so make sure that will not be an issue for you or your guests. I would definitely recommend this house.
