- STRP #: 2018012682. You’ll love my place in the heart of 12 south and Belmont and it's walking distance to shopping, eating and more. Its great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is newly built, and has private parking on a parking pad just outside the unit. Our location is in Belmont/Hillsboro and is close to Vanderbilt, The Gulch, Green Hills, Music Row, Midtown and Downtown Can't wait to have you!
