This was my first time in Nashville and staying at this hotel. The receptionist who attended to us at the counter, Khoi, was exceptionally friendly and sweet. He made our stay extra special. He also gave us complimentary access to the lounge. Additionally, our room was very spacious and clean. I will definitely stay here again the next time I go to Nashville.

This is a nice, mid-level hotel. Front staff, cleaning crew, and the valets were all wonderful. We did have a drink in the inside bar as well--I wouldn't recommend as their bartender was not approachable, and the specialty drinks were not balanced well at all. The rest of the hotel was great, and it's in a great spot to walk to several restaurants and bars as well as Centennial Park and Vanderbilt.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Parking was a little expensive but the parking attendants were also very friendly and helpful. Clean room. Staff was pleasant. Was not able to connect to the free wi-fi and finally gave up. It would have been nice to have some kind of written instructions on how to connect to wi-fi even if it was on the Marriot Bonvoy app.
