I couldn't have asked for a better location- walking distance to so many restaurants, shops, coffee, etc. The penthouse was very clean, quiet (in spite of the spin shop downstairs...they didn't make much noise at all), and well equipped. I'll definitely stay here again and property manager checked in daily to make sure all was well. Highly recommended!
We met up with friends from across the country for a long weekend. This place was perfect for the four of us. Noise was not a problem and we loved the outdoor deck. Parking was always available and we walked almost everywhere or rented bikes which were just a few minutes away.
Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our family’s trip to Nashville. The condo was immaculate and had top tier amenities and everything you’d need for a weekend, week, or longer stay (like ours). The bustling and hip 12 South neighborhood is a short walk away where you can find everything you’d want, from pizza, oysters, and barbecue to donuts, ice cream, and coffee (lots and lots of coffee).
If you’re considering here, don’t hesitate to book.

I was super excited when I found this listing ahead of our Nashville trip and even more excited to find that the property was just as great as it seemed online. The owners even sent us warm cookies upon arrival :) It was clean, easy to find and access, and close to tons of great things! We loved our stay here and being able to walk to 12th Ave with Broadway just a short ride away was amazing. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again in the future!
Great property with plenty of space for 2 adult couple. Condo has everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. The outside courtyard was a wonderful location to have our morning coffee or a night cap. Lady bird taco (which is downstairs) has yummy coffe and they staff are so nice. I will say the spin cycle classes at 7a were a bit loud but we are early risers so it didn’t matter much to us. Property manager was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Location is walking distance to all shops/restaurants in 12 South and only a short car ride/Uber to anywhere else you’d like to go. We had a car so drove to most places. Highly recommend staying here and would come back.
My sister in law hosted Thanksgiving this year and we needed a place to stay that would accommodate a father in law and our family. What was great is that there was plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. I loved having a big kitchen for us to be able to put together some Thanksgiving sides. I also loved having a washer and dryer in the condo. The location is awesome and only a had a mile away from my sister in law. Will definitely be back!
The location of this property could not be beat! We were in the middle of the 12 South area, and the proximity to bars, restaurants and things to do was more than we could have asked for. Ladybird Taco is right below, and the breakfast tacos were fantastic. A less than 1 minute drive gets you to 12 South Taproom, bartaco, Bottle Cap and a number of other restaurants. This is the location to stay and it is a quick drive to get downtown. The property is just as it is listed on the site. We appreciated having the en suites for both bedrooms and the sound from the spin classes below was minimal. The outdoor area is a great place to hang out at the end of the night and relax. The only issue we had was there was no hot water the first morning we were there. We contacted the property manager and they were very apologetic and had someone out within an hour to take care of the issue. We will be back to Nashville again and this is the perfect place in the best neighborhood in Nashville to stay.
We rented this property for a long weekend with friends. It’s in a great neighborhood within walking distance to shops and restaurants. It’s a short Uber ride to The Gulch and Broadway. The rental property managers were easily accessible and had great ideas for things to do while we were there. I would highly recommend this property.
