Modern and Charming Cottage

  • This contemporary and spacious cottage just north of downtown Nashville is a perfect place to rest if you are in town for work or pleasure. It’s beautiful, clean, stylishly decorated, and ready for you. The home is divided into two sections, and you will have exclusive use of the private and separate apartment during your stay: a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining, and living areas.
    Please note that the homeowner may be using the property during your stay. They have exclusive access to the back portion of the home. There is a locked door separating the two units. Guests are not permitted to use the backyard or laundry room.
    Guests have exclusive use of the front porch and may use the driveway during their stay.

    We also have a front and back door security camera. These cameras face the exterior of the home.

Honeymoon get away

We stayed on here on our honeymoon. They went up and beyond during our stay. We had a small issue when we checked in, but the staff worked hard and fixed the issue. Couldnt had asked for anything better. Would come back again and stay here.

Beautiful home. Nicely decorated. Everything in the home is brand new. Comfy bed. Clean and cozy. Enjoyed wine on the front porch and visited with my boys that live in Nashville . Would definitely stay here again.

Ideal location for our annual July visit

This property is perfect for us. We make this annual July trip for an event hosted by some friends who live locally. This house 5 minutes from one of our event locations and 10 minutes from the other. PERFECT. The house itself is nicely appointed with everything we would ever need and MORE. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable bed and living areas. The host(s) are very responsive and hospitable. We WILL be back next year.

This was our first time staying at this property. Honestly for the money and the cleanliness we loved the home. Beautiful on the outside and professionally decorated on the inside. This we hope to be our common vacation stay spot in the future. Traffic is minimal and there is much to do not far away. Property owner was easy to talk to and punctual when it came to responding to questions. The driveway is not very large, so this is a good place for a couple or small family. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful property. By the way GO NASHVILLE SC!!!!

Great House, OK Location

The house was great, but the location wasn't. I hate dinging a place for its location, but it really wasn't a nice area. The neighborhood wasn't what I would call a bad neighborhood, but I was a little nervous about my truck when we first arrived. The driveway is probably 40 feet from the house, so you really couldn't hear anything if someone broke in. However, nothing happened and we were comfortable after that. The other thing is it's not centrally located. We had never been to Nashville and didn't really know how spread out stuff was. If you were sticking to the north end of town, or going to the Grand Ole Opry, this would be perfect; but we were doing stuff downtown and south of the city, so it was a solid 15-20 minute drive anywhere we wanted to go. That being said, the house itself was wonderful. It was very clean and had a very updated look. Everything seemed new. The bed is a super soft mattress, so if you need a firm mattress for your back, this isn't for you. The property manager, Maria, was also very responsive. Overall, it was a great stay and we would consider staying here again if we returned.
