Will definitely stay again! Lala was amazing, super helpful. The rooms were clean, modern, spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the location was a 7 min walk to Broadway! Absolutely perfect!!!

I liked the location. I liked the funky old bank building it was in. I liked the ease of parking. Just make sure you check the listing to make sure you know how many bathrooms there are in each room.

The mint house is located in a good location although the car traffic at night can make it difficult to sleep. We had trouble finding the place as it sits on top of crumble cookie and the entrance is located on the back side, parking lot. the door is located between two shops. Hope this helps future guest.

We actually stayed at mint house Hillsboro Village Location is awesome , lots of shops and restaurants and we took the bus downtown , super easy !!! If we ever have the chance to visit Nashville again we would definitely stay with mint house again !!!

Nice room with a few issues
Room was nice but neighbors upstairs seemed to be going all night long every night and was so loud. Surge protector was broke so we couldn’t watch tv because you couldn’t plug it in. Water pressure was terrible. There were people working on lobby and it was nasty going through there. There were empty beer bottles left in our cabinets, the trash can was broke, and the outside light didn’t work outside our door and we were in the corner so it was very dark while trying to get into our room every night.

Note on surge protector that was broken.

Great Location
So beautiful! Free parking which was great! I think some rooms give you free garage parking others you get a tag to put in your car to park across the street. Kinda hard to find since it is an apartment complex. So comfy- great for family’s, extended stays, girls trip!

The check-in process was confusing and the lack of signage left us walking around the building multiple times trying to figure out how to check-in. I completed the virtual check-in but didnt receive any information about room number or entry codes. The place itself was nice. One of the lightbulbs in the bathroom was out though. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience.

The studio/1 br was comfortable and spacious. It was a six minute drive to downtown where we met family and did our tourist shopping.

A nice woman helped us with what we needed. Property was disgusting, room was dirty, roaches at the property. I have pics to prove it. I need a refund please. How do I go about it.

Check in worked well, not far from the airport. We were able to easily walk to Panera/Subway/Chipotle for easy eats. Place itself is pretty cute, adequately equipped kitchen, comfy bed. Took us a minute to figure out the alley for the parking garage, but it was well lit and safe. Would certainly stay here again.

This was a decent place to stay. There were not any food markets walking distance which If you don’t have a rental car made it hard to get. Close to downtown area a 10 minute Uber ride. They don’t give you enough coffee and creamer.

This property was very clean and conveniently located for all we had planned on our trip to Nashville. Check in details were not shared with us which caused a delay in our entrance to the property. But overall a good experience.

We ran into some difficulty upon arrival. Check in was at 3pm . We arrived at 3:50 and the housekeepers where still cleaning the apartment so we had to wait in the courtyard until they finished. When we tried to enter the room the door code that was emailed to me did not work so I had to call to get a new one. This was very frustrating at first but once we entered we were very impressed with the cleanliness and style of the apartment. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The best isn’t the softest but we slept well and were comfortable and cozy. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Nashville.

The accommodations were substantially unfurnished. We were fortunate to have good weather and were able to meet our family in the courtyard for coffee in the morning because there was no place in the unit to gather. The kitchen was well appointed. The bed was very comfortable.

My trip was a catastrophe. I arrived at 10:30pm and my key code didn't work for my assigned apartment. After multiple calls to the Mint House staff, nothing happened. I finally was able to enter another apartment at midnight, 90 minutes after I arrived.
