Great house in a quiet neighborhood

Was a perfect place for our visit to Nashville. It’s a very quiet neighbourhood and was a $10-$15 uber ride to Broadway.

Great place!

We stopped over for a night on a long drive. Great place! Friendly host, clean, cute, and comfortable home with nice extras like coffee, shampoo, and a fenced in backyard. Convenient location too.

Great stay

My wife and I had a great time staying here. Jen communicated with us quickly and frequently. Check in and out were simple. The bed was comfortable, fenced backyard was great for our dog, and the neighborhood felt safe. Highly recommended and would stay again.

Quiet Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the Mid-Century Modern house. The house had all the basics and was very comfortable with convenient parking right in the driveway. It was nice to go back to a quiet place after a fulfilled day in the city.

Wonderful!

We had a great stay here! It was a beautiful place, very clean, and had plenty of room for the 3 of us. It was close enough to downtown to Uber, but away from the busyness of it all in a quiet neighborhood. We also had our dog with us, so the backyard was very nice to have!

Great Place!

Sweet home, super clean and convenient to most places in Nashville. Nice and quiet neighborhood, easy to locate. Fenced back yard was a huge plus for our dog. Had one set back that was our own fault. Host answered immediately with a solution! Highly recommend booking.

Great stay for spring break!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is super clean and very comfortable. The communication from the owner was top notch. Our coffee maker was broken and they provided a replacement same day, and same day was Easter Sunday. The neighborhood is ok but ease of travel to anywhere we needed to go in Nashville was amazing. Thank you so much!

Perfect Nashville getaway for our little family(including dogs!)

We were very happy to stay at this property during our first trip to Nashville and when we come back will stay again.Very convenient distance to anything you want to see during your stay in Nashville.Easy access on and off the highway.Very family friendly including our furry ones! Fenced in yard for the dogs, a playground within minutes walking for our kid. Amenities were thoughtful. The 1.5 baths was perfect, 2 toilets is key! Everything was very clean. Can't say enough about the host: Super friendly and helpful. Very communicative, which I totally appreciate!

Enjoyed our stay. Location is close to downtown Nashville and all it offers. There was no bbq grill or place to sit in the backyard and the couch was a little uncomfortable but overall we enjoyed our time there.

Everything we could want!

The house was not only very cute and clean, it fit all of our needs! The large fenced backyard for the dogs was a major plus, as was the extra half bath in the laundry room. I can only speak for one of the beds but it was super comfortable and the shower head pressure was amazing! We felt very safe in the neighborhood and could easily take a short uber ride or drive everywhere we wanted to go. The off road parking for two cars was a huge plus for us! We will definitely try to stay here again!

Long weekend in Nashville

The property matched the description. Well maintained, cute and cozy home. It has everything we needed. Less than 10 minutes from downtown, very easy to get places and catch a Lyft. Property was perfect for the two of us and our dog and the fences in yard was a major bonus. Would absolutely stay here again!
