Our neighborhood is very safe and charming with many beloved spots in this flourishing local area of East Nashville. The airport is only about 15 minutes away. There are plenty of Ubers, Lyft and taxis available if you choose not to bring a car. This condo is in a great location to enjoy all the things that Nashville has to offer!

Great Stay

Stayed the weekend for my wife’s 40th birthday with our best friends. We enjoyed the clean place and the it was conveniently close to downtown Nashville. Parking spots were tight but it was nice to have parking available on site. We enjoyed ourselves and have no complaints about our stay.

We recently stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed the property. It’s big & roomy & well appointed. Very chic decor & beds & bedding were comfortable. Plenty of towels & amenities. Easy, secure in & out & we liked the location. Host is very responsive, communicative & helpful! Would recommend & stay there again.

arrived near midnight, absolutely no parking

arrived at midnight, no place to park to even unload, in the parking lot or on the street, decided not to stay, owner won't talk partial refund because I am leaving this review. After traveling all day, our family arrived close to midnight to the building and found no parking on the street or in the parking lot. After several attempts at finding any space to just unload we gave up and found other accomdations. We should not be paying close to $2000.00 and have to go on a search mission just to park and unload a fullsize truck. I expressed my concerns/frustrations with the owners and felt my conerns including the parking situation were completely dismissed. We did not feel safe parking either in the middle of the street or a dark alley to unload and get to the condo. You need to go into a narrow alley to even find the parking lot shown in the pictures. We never got to the condo but I gave the accomdations 5 stars based upon the interior pics provided and VRBO requires you to select all rating categories. I write this review knowing I eliminate any possibility of getting a partial refund because this is what the owners told me. I have the screen shots of the message. I expressed that I would provide a bad review because I felt it is my only course of action. Bad is the wrong word, I should have used truthful but it would be at the same cost for me.
