Welcome to The Southern Scovel House! Perfect layout for groups! 2 decks! Large rooftop deck with stunning skyline views. Plush linens, plush pillow top mattresses throughout, and with comfy hotel pillows. Beautiful red oak hardwood flooring throughout home. Gas stovetop and grill. 2 covered & gated parking spots. Street parking available.

We have been hosts in the VRBO community since 2015. We own and manage several Nashville homes geared specifically to vacation rentals - Someplace we would love to stay with lots of luxurious decor, plush white towels and organic linens. Someplace in very close proximity to everything we might want to do in Nashville. Someplace with incredible outdoor living space and a stunning view... We hope you love it just as much and we would love to have you stay when visiting Nashville!

1st Floor: Open floor plan kitchen, living & dining; washer & dryer; 1/2 Bath; Backdoor leading to private backyard and covered parking.
2nd Floor: Master bedroom with king bed and private bath; 2nd bedroom with king bed and private bath.
3rd Floor: Oversized 3rd bedroom / Flex space with King bed, private bath and additional full-over-full bunkbed. Also access the first deck from the 3rd floor with large outdoor dining table.
4th Floor is the rooftop deck / outdoor living space with an amazing view... And our favorite part of the house :)

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, rooftop, back yard, and covered parking. Each guest is given a unique key code prior to check in time. Our keyless entry offers guests a higher level of security and more convenience not having to check-in/exchange keys at any certain time.

Interaction with Guests:
We are here to assure that you have a key code and answer any questions you may have. You will have privacy and the ability to enjoy your own experience with no unwanted interaction.

The Neighborhood:
Nashville is an incredible city to live and to vacation! Germantown / Historic Beuna Vista is one of Nashville's hippest new areas in the city, with its close proximity to downtown and all of the industrial chic restaurants like 5th & Taylor, Rolf & Daughters, and Butchertown Hall... amazing... Because the neighborhood is in a transition there is some new construction, but nothing noisy or disturbing at all.

Getting Around:
You can walk anywhere, even Broadway (and we have!), BUT we suggest a $5 Uber ride if heading downtown. There is reasonable parking throughout the city if you have your own car too!

Great location!

We all enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home ! Owner was very accommodating with check in / out ! Quick Uber rides to downtown , Gulch ,Opryland, 12 South and airport ! We loved how spacious the bedrooms dining area and outdoor space was! All around great house ! Would definitely stay again !

Beautiful layout! Slept 8 comfortably. Loved that each room had its own full bathroom. Kitchen well equipped. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Very quiet. Unit was nicely decorated, giving it a homey feel. Property manager was easy to deal with and quick to reply to any questions. Would definitely stay again.

Such a great place!!!

Everything about our stay here was perfect. The owners were quick on their responses to a couple questions we had, and the check in and out process was seamless. Each couple having their own room and bathroom was great, and the place was super clean and came with all the amenities. It was super close to all the spots we wanted to see (Broadway, Opryland, Ryman Theater, The Gulch, etc.). And after several jammed pack days, having a nightcap on the rooftop deck staring at downtown in the distance made the perfect ending to each day.Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Wonderful place with cozy feel. Loved the location and atmosphere. If there is a negative it would be the upstairs but that worked well for all. Would go back here if we return to Nashville!! Easy to work with host.

Amazing!!!

We were 3 couples, each got their own king sized bed and bathroom. The property was clean, the mattresses were fantastic and we felt very comfortable there. The best party was how easy it was to communicate with the property owners and how accommodating they were with our travel schedule. I highly recommend this property.

We were so pleased with this property and the quick reply from the manager. The ice maker had stopped working and she had 4 bags of ice there within 30 minutes for us!!! Very clean, quiet at night and close to attractions. Would definitely stay again!

The hosts, house and accommodations were outstanding. House was immaculate with everything we needed. Highly recommend this house. Large open kitchen and living room area, every bedroom had their own bathroom attached to bedroom and owners were very flexible to our schedules. Quick 5-10 min ride to downtown.

We had 3 couples in our group and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The beds are amazing and the rooms are perfect. The living room/ kitchen was amazing place to hangout and cook and drink. The rooftop was also a great place to hangout at. Very easy to get to and get to Broadway. We all would recommend staying and would stay again

Beautiful Place!

Jen and Lauren's place was absolutely fantastic! There was plenty of space for our group and enough bathrooms which is crucial for a girls trip. The rooftop was a wonderful spot to relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Jen was a great host. She communicated with a few members of our group before hand and was incredibly helpful! I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Nashville.

Great Stay All Around!

This house was super cute, very clean and well furnished. Close to everything. The kitchen had everything we needed and was really well laid out. King beds in every room were a huge plus. They also have sound machines in each room which we loved. The rooftop area was great with an amazing downtown view. We used it often. Lauren was great and very responsive. Check in and check out were super easy. I highly recommend this house and we hope to come back and stay here!

Girls Getaway

We planned a trip to Nashville for our 60 th Birthday party …7 of us. This property had everything we could have possibly needed. It was so clean and is a beautiful home not far from downtown. Communication with the owner was simple and quick responses! They helped us with restaurants and places to visit as well. We would certainly stay again if we go back to the area! Just a lovely place. Highly recommend.
