Great place to stay

This is an awesome property. It is very clean and quiet in a safe neighborhood. Downtown is a few block walk. We got there early and they were ready so allowed us to check in early. We would definitely recommend this place. Thank you!

Amazing property and host

Great Spot

This place was perfect, very clean and close to Broadway and all the live music. Also a few minute ride from the Gulch area with its amazing dining options. Great spot to stay in a safe neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Nice place to stay

This property was perfect for our 3 night stay in Nashville. Great location with view of the river. The pool was very nice. The condo had everything we needed. The only suggestion we would make is to have brighter lighting in the bathroom with a makeup mirror. We would stay here again.

Excellent place to stay in Nashville

Very open floor plan with plenty of room for us (4 adults). Huge bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and living area, pics online don’t do it justice. Had everything we needed, got some groceries and adult beverages delivered no problem. Take a few extra Kuerig cups and you’ll enjoy the heck out of the stay. Internet and all the streaming apps already there on the Roku tv for a rainy day. Easy instructions for access, worked like a charm. Great location a bit off busy and loud broadway but only a 4 min uber ride away and easily walking distance. We walked to a concert several times to/from Nissan Stadium and it was perfect. Will stay here again if we come back to Nashville.

Very nice apartment. Perfect for a couple. We enjoyed the roof top deck and the pool. Really liked that it was walking distance to Broadway.

Awesome place

Absolutely awesome rental. The location to broadway is FANTASTIC but without all the noise when it’s bed time. The owner is on top of communication and did an excellent job. 10/10 would recommend.

Explanation about checking in and parking was spot on- very easy to do- Rental was very clean and had everything you would need- Beds were comfortable and it was very quiet- you couldn’t hear any outside noise- Easy walk downtown or easy to get an Uber too

Great Location

The location was perfect. Not too far from things, but also not too close. Easy access for everything and easily accessible. Sitting out on the balcony and listening to music from a distance just gave a nice feel and set the stage for where you were at that moment. The only thing I was dissatisfied with is I feel the floors could have been a bit cleaner. I hate walking around on a floor and dirt sticking to my feet. I am a bit of a clean freak, and I can't stand things on my feet. Other than that, overall, the place was very nice and clean.

Nashville, fun

This is a an excellent condo with great amenities. The only improvement that you could make is that your Wi-Fi is worthless and your streaming service did not work. We were unable to use the TV to watch any football or other events. We had to use our own data for the Wi-Fi.

Great Downtown location!

This was a great location to be in downtown Nashville. A quick uber ride to Broadway or you can also walk there in 15 minutes. Loved that we could go back to the room and it would be quiet and comfortable. Interior of unit was very clean and maintained. Property has good gym and nice courtyard to relax. The host was always very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to this place for a stay in Nashville 😀

Overall, great location and stay

We had a great stay in Nashville. The condo was the perfect size for us. It’s a nice building and community with a short walk to town. We used an Uber when necessary, but mostly walked wherever we needed. The condo had all the necessary amenities and the host was very responsive. We didn’t realize we’d be situated next to train tracks, so we did wake up early each morning to train whistles. The upstairs neighbor was heavy-footed and we heard him/her whenever they walked around their condo which was a nuisance.

Nashville

Property was nice, neat and clean. However it had different amenities than on original booking. This unit had carpet and posting did not. Also posting had a shower with sliding doors and our unit had a tub with shower curtain. Not that big of a deal but worth noting.
