You will enter into a large open concept, family room with 2 full size couches, w chairs with ottomans, 2 additional chairs, queen size futon, reading swing, bench, ceiling fan, 75" smart tv and fireplace. As you pass through the family room you enter the fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for breakfast in. Comfortable dining area with additional seating at the island. One bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom downstairs. The downstairs bedroom has a 75" smart tv, closet, luggage rack. In the closet you will find a pack and play, croquet set and corn hole game.

On the upper level you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed and two twin beds w/ 75” tv. The other two rooms share a bathroom with one room having a king bed and the other a queen bed. All bedrooms and family room have large smart TV’s. Backyard has a deck w/ cafe lights and adirondack chairs. The patio has cushioned seating, fire table, large spa with cafe lights, croquette, corn hole and private parking. We had the best time staying at Denise’s house during our girls weekend in Nashville! The location was perfect for all the areas downtown we went to and the house was beautifully decorated, it looks even better in person! The Tay Tay House

Our stay at the Tay Tay House could not be any better! House was clean and had all the amenities needed to make you feel comfortable. In addition, the house is a close Uber ride to downtown, Athena, and the Capitol Building. Highly recommend staying here if visiting Nashville.

We adored this house. It was the perfect setup. It was clean, well stocked with things you need for cooking, great appliances, fire pit, grill, hot tub. I e had an amazing weekend celebrating my daughter’s birthday. We will for sure stay again when we come back!!! The hosts are so helpful and pleasant!!

We loved the house. It was perfect for our bachelorette trip. Very clean and cute!! The owner was great as well. BUT the location is not great. Our Uber drivers said the area was transitioning but we tried not to stay outside for long. It also is about 10 minutes to downtown.

A delightful home to stay in. This house had everything needed except your own personal things. We all enjoyed the amenities that were offered hot tub fire pit games bbq. We took a uber to Broadway so we didn't worry about parking. There was 8 in our party and plenty of room for everyone.

Beautiful, spacious modern home

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend, and it was perfect for our needs. The home appears to have been built recently, and offers everything we could have asked for — lots of bedrooms, a great kitchen, a nice sitting area with a large TV, and more. The neighborhood is up-and-coming, but it’s close to all the key spots in Nashville (and Lyfts/Ubers are relatively inexpensive in the city). We’d gladly stay here again, and very likely will!

Great Weekend Getaway!

This house is so cute and nice! We came to Nashville with friends. The house was perfect for us. Plenty of room to hang out as a group and room to divide and have your own space to relax. The location is great! It is a 10-15 minute drive to all the fun Nashville has to offer. The owner Denise is super easy to book with and responds quickly to messages. If we ever come back to Nashville, we will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful with all the little extras

Not only did the kitchen have all the appliances, big and small, we could want but also basics like condiments too. Clean, comfy and cozy would be the best description for every room too. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Fun family vacation

We needed the perfect venue for a family trip to celebrate my best friend’s engagement. The house was super clean and the host was very kind and helpful. She was able to answer our questions and accommodate our needs. The home is so stylish and made for the perfect instagram drop back. We loved the back yard and spent most of our time there! About a 5-10minute ride to downtown. We loved it.

The house was nice and clean. Cutely decorated for Nashville theme. Owners were easy to contact. However, the neighborhood was quite questionable. I would not want young female adults to be there by themselves.

This VRBO is awesome! It was so spacious and it is very well thought out for sleeping spaces! The bathrooms are huge and come with so many towels! There were fans to use as well which we loved. The TVs are massive and the living spaces are just awesome. Denise was awesome to communicate with and so understanding! We recommend this place 100% and a large bach party had so much fun here. So close to downtown/ Broadway and so many places to eat!!! :-)

Cozy comfy

The owner of this property was absolutely the best when it comes to communication and making sure that this stay was a breeze. Very accommodating to our schedule needs. The house was super clean and decorated so cute. I was sad we weren't staying longer! There is some construction going on near the house which only means great things!! On the UP & UP!! We will definitely check availability here first when back in the area.
