Great property with a short 20 minute walk to Broadway. Traffic noise can be a problem if you are not used to it.

Excellent!
We loved this place! It was exactly as promised, super clean and great amenities with a modern cozy feel. The only “down side” would be that it backs up to the freeway, but we weren’t staying there for quiet relaxation! Turning on the fan at night drowned out the traffic and we slept like babies! East access to downtown by walking or scooter and ride share! We’ll definitely return to The Muse!

Close to Downtown
Good points - very attractive and clean condo. Bed was comfortable. Good proximity to downtown which was nice BUT the location of the building was extremely noisy with traffic even at 4 am. Could not even tolerate the sliding door being open. Basic supplies/dishes are on hand. No frills though. No coffee, tea or even sugar/sweetener. Functionality: Poor if you are short. The cabinets are extremely high and I could barely reach the bottom shelf (I'm 5'4). Same for microwave. Communication: quick to respond but seemed automated as it was not appropriate in time or subject matter. I asked about a cart and where to park to unload. Response was I had to wait till 4 pm to check in. It was 5:20 pm. Be aware the room door code changes every. single. day. The main front door code pad is a distance from the front door and the door would lock again by the time we got to it if we hesitated at all. Be quick!! While it is a nice place in general my husband and I agree we would not stay there again.

Nice, but super dusty
The location was walkable to downtown, street parking free- the garage is expensive. The air filter was over 6 months old and clogged, everything was very dusty (doors, baseboards, under furniture, lights, etc). The guy came to change the filter, but said they don’t do “deep cleans” (dusting?) in the busy season. If you are allergic, go somewhere else. Also, there are no laundry facilities at all. If you have an extended stay, you will need a laundromat or lots of clothes/extra towels. None of the bathroom fans in the building work. Supplies are scarce- no spray cleaner, tin foil, etc. Just a broom and a roll of paper towels. Reviews that talk about the traffic noise are true, bring earplugs for sleeping if you can’t tune it out. Otherwise, it was great. I am only sending these warnings because we stayed a week and the laundry was an issue and my daughter is very allergic to dust.

Girls Weekend
Very little communication with a property manager. We arrived earlier than 4pm & had nowhere to hold our luggage for 4 hours. The door codes changes daily with no notification of new codes. Place was nice & clean but had a coffee maker with no coffee pods. We would have brought our own if we had known what kind of coffee maker we had. Only 1 mirror in the unit & 4 girls trying to get ready was very hard. Needed an extra mirror, preferably full length.

This place had a very modern feel and fit our needs perfectly! Close to the Broadway street scene, and easy to walk to. This place was clean and very cozy. Would stay again if back in town!

Good for last minute trip
We made a last minute decision to visit Nashville over Labor Day weekend. This place was good for the price. Looked exactly as advertised and was very clean. The location to downtown was excellent; however, it is directly facing the highway so there is quite a bit of highway noise all day and night. The bunk bed is a metal frame and very squeaky. Overall, a nice place.

Great property!
A great place to stay. Codes for the doors are a pain and they change at midnight every night but it was clean and quiet and less than a mile to Broadway! We had an issue with the front door of the building and the Vacasa call number was a little frustrating but the property manager was very quick to respond. All in all we would definitely stay there again!!

Overall great stay
Property was very clean, and just as pictured. Bed and sheets were very comfortable. Overall stocked very well. It would have been nice to have some coffee cups, sugar, creamers to start the day with. Location to walking to downtown was great, but I’m a light sleeper so location by highway wasn’t great for sleeping. Overall wonderful stay.

While the kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals, food and other pantry items like coffee and tea are not typically stocked in the home. We encourage guests to plan ahead if they anticipate needing additional items during their stay. We hope to have another chance to impress you in the future!
