Great house for entertaining with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. With the ability to sleep 10-12 people (1 King, 4 Queens), you can have the whole family under the same roof! The house also has a fenced-in yard with two large decks and a Hot Tub which are perfect for relaxing.

With this rental, you will have: High Speed WiFi, cable, Netflix, open kitchen w/bar, gas grill, large dining & living rooms.... everything that you need to have a WONDERFUL time while you are in Nashville!!

There is plenty to do while you are here - for instance, this house is less than 1/4 miles from the farmers market, the bicentennial park, the new Nashville Sounds stadium (amateur league baseball), some of the cities HOTTEST restaurants (Germantown Cafe/Silo/Monell's/City House/The Mad Platter/312 Pizza/Rolf and Daughters/etc). You are also 1.4 miles away from Broadway if you are coming into town to celebrate or catch a concert/sporting event!

Very comfortable home and very conveniently located near downtown. We enjoyed the hot tub. We appreciate the quick replacement of a television that was not functioning properly when we arrived. This is a great location for a family gathering to enjoy downtown Nashville!

Picked a house that would fit 8 people and this house delivered. Plenty of space and a short ride to Broadway. We did the trolley tour one day and there was a stop within walking distance and you can get on/off at any of the 13 stops. House was clean and had everything we needed. Check in/out was super easy. One friend accidentally left cash in a drawer and reached out to owner. It was refunded immediately once found. We will be back!

The house was clean comfortable and centrally located, making it easy to uber wherever we went. There were 10 women and there was plenty of room. Owner even accommodated us when we arrived early. The only issue we had was the were no mirrors in any of the bedrooms. Could use a couple more chairs outside too but all in all it was great. Would book again!

We were celebrating a bachelorette and the location was prefect for us. Our uber rides were short. The house was big enough for us 9 girls. It’s a quiet location and we had no issues. Would definitely stay here again.

Wedding stay

Property was nice and in a great location for our events. I feel the house cleanliness could have been better - floors were dusty, mold in the showers, carpets were filthy. Advertised a pool but there was none and we were charged extra for a hot tube in 100* heat. Overall, I’d recommend but I’d make renters aware.
