A classic craftsman exterior with a modern interior will be your home away from home. This 2 bedroom home is well appointed with all the comforts of home. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place in 12th South. You can't beat our location, 5 minutes from Vanderbilt, 10 minutes from St Thomas West or Midtown and Downtown. This property is situated between I-440 and I-65 which means quick access to everywhere. Get to BNA and sporting venues in time and with ease. This neighborhood is quite walkable and you'll fit right in with the neighbors and their families. We probably won't ask to borrow a cup of sugar but we will definitely say hello and welcome you to the neighborhood.
