Fully Furnished down to the bath towels and linens. Home is built and furnished in 2016 with front porch and over 100 sq ft back deck plus lower level patio. Plenty of roaming around space to spread out large groups! 5 minutes to downtown Nashville, Five Points, Titans' Stadium and the Farmer's Market. 10 minutes to Broadway!
Did I mention we have 4 full bathrooms? Don't underestimate the importance of this with your large group when it comes time to go out! :-)
