Great space to relax and stay while exploring the town!
We are less then 1 mile to downtown Broadway

Walk 5 min to explore Five Points or take a 4 min Uber to Nashville’s restaurants and bars

Our focus is a space that is clean and comfortable & convenient for our guests.

The space
We are 1.0 mile to downtown Nashville a 4 min Uber/Lyft to all the music venues, bars or our famous honkytonks here in Nashville.

We’ve always prided ourselves on a clean home as our reviews highlight, but have additional steps based on the
CDC and Airbnb disinfectant & sanitizing procedure between each guest stay

The master bedroom has a really comfortable Plush memory foam KING size bed (read our reviews)

In the living room we have a new queen memory foam sleeper sofa with a great memory foam topper.

The house sleeps 4 max.

Great place and location

The property was very clean and perfect for a couple. Bed was comfy and we loved having a washer/dryer available for our stay. When we visit Nashville again we will be back!

Great VRBO!

Perfect little cute condo for the weekend. I love staying on this side of Nashville! It’s walkable to bars/restaurants and a short Uber or even walkable to downtown Nashville. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great place to stay!

The property is perfect for a relaxing getaway. It is very comfortable and has everything you need. The bed was really comfortable. We liked the location because it is not downtown, but close enough that it’s just a short Uber to bars and restaurants. There are also some pretty good restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend staying here!

This was a great place to stay. We were exploring Nashville for the first time and it was a great location. Quick and cheap access to downtown via Lyft. Walkable to the emerging East Nashville and it's great restaurants and shops. Safe, clean, comfortable.

The perfect getaway

We enjoyed our 5 night stay immensely! The communication from the day we booked was top-notch. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything we wanted and needed. We loved the location to downtown Nashville. The neighborhood had its own restaurants and shops. We highly recommend this Vrbo and are looking forward to coming back again next year!

Perfect place

We loved it. Very quiet and quaint. Minor detail but a little too far if a walk to the “strip” in downtown but plenty of other places/entertainment in walking distance and the drive to the main drag is only 10 minutes.

Perfect spot in East Nashville

Fantastic stay at this beautiful VRBO. Location was convenient for walking to Five Points for restaurants and shops. Home was clean and confortable, showers and beds were amazing. Helpful tip- if ordering food for delivery drivers will deliver to #1 and not your unit so make sure to check there.

Cozy comfort

Just a great place to stay, close to everything. Nicely updated,furnished with the things you need and most importantly clean as I am a bit of a germafobe. Perfect place in the city

We were in town for the inaugural Indy Grand Prix race through downtown Nashville, so wanted a place close to the track, but in a quiet neighborhood with a cozy feel for relaxing. We definitely got all of that and then some with the Heart of Nashville. The location was great, but the luxury of the condo was the best part. I love a host that pays attention to detail, like comfy beds and linens, a well equipped kitchen and a great shower. Check the box for all of that, then add the little touches that didn't go unnoticed.. like a variety of ways to make a great cup of coffee or tea, and even make-up wipes to clean off the track grime at the end of the day, and get a great night's sleep. It was all so appreciated.. and at an affordable fee! Would highly recommend this awesome rental.
