Perfect location near 12 South

Neal was very responsive when we had problems with the keyless entry. He came out, replaced the battery and also attended to some other minor items to ensure our stay was perfect. The location in 12 South was ideal!

Great home & location - needs some care

First, this home is so nicely decorated and perfect for 3 couples. It’s a 5 min walk to 12 South restaurants and shops. We stayed here before and loved it, so we came back - and this time the house was run down quite a bit. Needs a fresh coat of paint (water stains on ceilings, walls banged up), and very limited kitchen supplies.

Perfect for Girls Weekend!

My girl friends and I decided to come back to Nashville for a college reunion and this was the PERFECT house! It fit all 9 of us perfectly with plenty of space and bathrooms. The neighborhood was lovely and just a short walk to 12 south. We were even able to make the walk to Zanies one night. The house was very clean and had plenty of towels which is always a plus. Would highly recommend to friends and family!

Family loved the house. It was a couple blocks walk to restaurants and shops. Neal was great answering my questions and check-in was easy. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Nashville.

The square footage was more than adequate.The layout of house was nice and roomy for a family. However, the upstairs bedrooms have exceptionally low ceilings obstructing the headspace over the beds. The bed length and ceiling height does not work for anyone whom is at least 6ft tall.Otherwise, this was a great listing with good kitchen, dining and living space as well as a fantastic location.

Some of the sofas and rugs were gross/old with dirt/dust underneath. The sofa bed is two different panels that aren’t attached and didn’t match up so it split apart when sleeping on it. The house looks like the pics but it’s much older than it looks.A few FYIs to next guests: Very little lighting and made the house gloomy at night. The “closed off” room is not private—there is a clear glass door. Pros: lots of towels, clean kitchen, easy check in, responsive host.

Great location in Nashville 12 th street

We truly enjoyed our stay. The host {Neal}was quick to respond to questions. Location was great with walking distance to 12th street with restaurants and shops. Neat neighborhood. The house was perfect for a larger group or family with great outdoors. Bedrooms were perfect and fit our family's needs. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely rent again.

Beautiful 12 South home

This property was just as listed. Great location! Quiet residential street within walking distance to 12 South. We enjoyed our walks into town for great restaurants and shopping. This home had everything we needed for our stay. We loved sitting on the porch swing. Thank you!

Perfect in every way

The location is perfect! Loved the 12 South area and an easy cab or u er ride to Broadway. The neighborhood was adorable and the house met every need. Neal was an amazing communicator and represented the house accurately and well. Have no hesitation in booking this charming and well maintained house!

Best location in Nashville

This property was a super short Uber to Broadway (under 10 min), but far enough to have a quiet street and a couple nearby food shops that were walkable. Publix nearby. House was clean and perfectly spaced for our group of 6. Oh and the towels were so soft! Plenty of extra towels, bedding, and toiletries. Thank you!

Prime location

Location is perfect. A couple blocks from all the 12 South restaurants perfect for brunch, lunch, and dinner. Also found ourselves 10-15 min car ride from anything. Downtown, Green Hills, Cheekwood. Owner was very responsive. Just a few things I would call out. Mattress upstairs is not the most comfortable. Upstairs HVaC registers were loud and blew directly onto the bed. No garbage disposal in the kitchen. Definitely an older home (which was in description) but has tons of charm. Overall would recommend for families but next time will book something more updated as is more of a personal preference.

Dissapointing!!

The GOOD: great location in a nice neighborhood! The BAD & The UGLY: Upon our arrival (after a 9 hour drive) we found the house to be in complete disarray...trash left everywhere from previous renters, beds unmade, towels on the floor....etc. I called the owner and he admitted he forgot to schedule the cleaning from previous renters. The cleaning people showed up, so we went outside for a couple hours so the cleaning people could clean (looking at the cleaning supplies they brought with them, I am not sure how much they actually cleaned, I think they mainly picked up & did laundry so we could have clean sheets and towels). The house was a disappointing in the fact that it is clearly in need of some updating and some MAJOR cleaning! There were no cleaning supplies on site-so it was hard to actually clean the kitchen after using or any other room for that matter. Here are just a few things we experience during our stay.....the kitchen faucet leaked (a baking dish was full of water under the sink when we arrived, so had to be dumped periodically), the dishwasher & garbage disposal did not work, the blow up mattress had a hole in it, so we couldn't use it ( one of the couples had to sleep on the couch), we had to wash any/all dishes, pots, pans prior to using....and don't even get me started on the backyard & deck (which we had to retreat to while the house was being put back together by the cleaning staff). The cute little fire pit in the picture was under the deck full of cob webs. The owners attempt to make this inconvenience right with us was with a very small refund. As an owner of a rental place myself, I would have expected much more than this to make our stay a little more tolerable. I am under the impression that this is clearly just a business to him.

Best of all worlds and the most responsive host!

Me and my family came to Nashville for a wedding and needed a home away from home where we could have a relaxing home base that was walkable to eating, shopping and leisure walking. This place was perfect, great porch, deck and balcony deck. The house had nearly everything we needed and if there was something we wished for/ inquired about, Neil was amazingly responsive and helpful (coffee bean grinder, umbrellas for the day it poured!). We spent time sitting in the living room chatting, and morning coffee in the dining room. The Uber rides were 10-15 minutes to downtown, very easy. Again, Neil was very responsive, even about the smallest detail. I will be recommending this house to friends and family!
