Off I40, we offer a modern, beautiful and clean townhouse in the Bellevue area. We are convenient to shopping, restaurants, movie theatre, Ford Ice Center, One Bellevue Place, Warner Parks, Natchez Trace, Loveless Cafe, Checkwood Estate and Gardens, and Belle Meade Winery. The location is about 15 minutes from Vanderbilt and 25 minutes from downtown Nashville,depending on traffic.

Perfect townhouse for vacation & family visiting in convenient West Nashville, away from the hustle of Broadway (Bellevue is near West Meade & Belle Meade). 1 bedroom on the main floor and 2 upstairs bedrooms, each bedroom having its own private bathroom.

The space

This 1,700 sq ft townhouse has everything you need- three huge bedrooms, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, high-speed WIFI, and smart TVs. (There is no basic cable provided. You are welcome to sign into your subscriptions. Please make sure that you sign out upon leaving.)

Each bedroom has a private bathroom: one on the main level and two upstairs, plus a futon perfect for a smaller person. Plus a half bath on the first floor.

Keyless entry, we send you the code before you check in! Exterior camera at the front entrance post.

This was a very nice place to stay! It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed! It was in a great location and only 20-25 min from downtown Nashville and easy to get to lots of different places we visited in Nashville! Had a grocery store close and quite a few restaurants! We would definitely recommend it to other people to stay!

This 3 bedroom condo had attached bathrooms in every bedroom and a 1/2 bath off the kitchen. Location was about 10 minutes from Broadway and it was nice to be away from the crazyness of downtown. Beds were really comfortable and it was very quiet inside.

We absolutely loved this townhouse! Such a great location and only about 20 minutes to downtown. Very spacious with all the amenities you need to make you feel right at home! The home is beautiful. On a beautiful morning or sunny day, the home really captures the sunlight. The location is close to downtown, shopping and other eateries. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen offers a little more than just basic essentials, which was a bonus!

The home was very spacious, clean and a well stocked kitchen. The location was good with nearby restaurants and shopping. There was one tiny issue with one of the tv. The owner advised that she would definitely solve the issue as soon as possible. Overall it was a good choice for my friends and I. Would definitely recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at this lovely property when we visited from Milwaukee and Minneapolis to attend a grandson’s high school graduation. Our family of four adults and three young children were well accommodated. The location was perfect for the weekend events that were held in the west Nashville and downtown areas. The neighborhood is safe and quiet yet immediately surrounded by a variety of casual restaurants and fast food places, grocery store and gas station. The condo was spotlessly clean, very nicely furnished with large bedrooms and baths, several TV’s and a big kitchen. We look forward to returning for future family gatherings.

This townhouse has plenty of sleeping space with 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to make meals. It is not far from the freeway so access is good to transportation and there is plenty of shopping nearby. We had good communication with the owners prior to arrival. The weather caused some issues with the rental as far as the cleaning and supply of amenities but we were happy with our stay and would stay again in future.

The townhome looks just like the photos, and it’s very spacious and clean. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The vanities are not big in the bathrooms so had to be a little creative with all our toiletry stuff. Property manager responded immediately w/questions we had. The location was convenient, extremely close to grocery stores, fast food etc. It is located on a busy street so we had some traffic noice while trying to sleep otherwise great stay. Thank you!

The only reason location was given a 4 instead of a 5 was because it's right on Hwy 70! So LOTS of traffic. Did not hear the traffic at all from inside the townhome, but taking the dogs out was challenging as all the noise made them nervous. But the location, as far as convenience to things, was wonderful! My only complaint with the townhome itself was the master bedroom down. We stayed down as the dogs were in their crates downstairs and the mattress in that bedroom really needs to be replaced. It felt almost sofa bed quality. Communication with the owner was fabulous; and the townhome comes equipped with everything you need for your stay!

The home was perfect for our group of 6, as it had 3 bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom, and another half bath in the shared space. Home was in a great location, quiet neighborhood but very quick drive to downtown. And Diane was one of the best hosts I’ve interacted with before, with great communication and responsiveness and going above and beyond to see that we had a great stay.
