The location was excellent for accessibility of all the locations I required for this visit. Dining options were close and convenient. Overall this location covered all my needs. The staff were professional and helpful. I highly recommend this location.

I would NEVER stay at this Hampton Inn again. As a matter of fact this stay was so bad I may not ever stay at another Hampton Inn. We had a total of 3 rooms. The one we purchased through Hampton was fine. The ones we purchased through Expedia were terrible. We had stains on the sheets in both rooms, urine on the wall in bathroom, stains on either side of the bathroom mirror. After the stress of moving we wanted to relax. This stay was FAR from relaxing!

After being stuck in an accident traffic jam - we were exhausted and found this hotel to get some rest. Tyler checked us in and we slept soundly as soon as our heads hit the pillows! Beds were super comfortable - room temperature easily controlled - will stay again!!

Refrigerator didn’t work, clock time incorrect. Called front desk and was told “sorry for inconvenience” that the refrigerator not working. To set the clock, the back has to be removed. Need a Phillips screwdriver. Used pocket knife. Battery acid inside. Was told that receipt to be emailed. It’s been 16 hrs and nothing yet.

Very convenient to alot of shopping and restaurants. We actually walked over to a nearby place to eat. A little dangerous due to no sidewalks, but hey there hasnt always been sidewalks, right? Easy accessibility back onto interstate. Restful night sleep in a good, comfortable bed. Stayed here several times before and definitely will be back.

I really dislike sharing negative thoughts on businesses but I think this is important for others to realize about our Hampton Inn experience. When we booked our rooms they clearly stated that a double queen slept 5 but upon arrival there were only 2 queens and nothing else (no pullout anything or even a rollaway). I may have overlooked a detail about how a family of 5 were suppose to fit but since the ages of kids were requested I would think it was obvious our family wouldn’t fit. Unfortunately we had 3 in 1 queen bed and my daughter then remembered that had happened to them previously. The young lady checking us in was very kind and sorry for the inconvenience but it’s not right for Hampton Inn to mislead their guests when making reservations.

We’ve used this hotel for guests many times but this time was not great. Our guests were elderly and their toilet didn’t work for two days. They had to come downstairs to use the bathroom. Their shower didn’t work. They should immediately have been moved to a different room. My understanding is that the hotel was not full. I will be calling the management.

Very nice staff clean and quiet rooms. Close enough for Nashville experience but far enough away you don’t have to worry about too much traffic at night.
