This was a fabulous place to stay…walk 3 blocks to get transportation to downtown.
Everything in the property was presented very well and afforded plenty of space for 4 adults.
The pool was a welcome relief from the heat.

Great stay
Great clean space. Very comfortable. Only difficulty was finding main entrance on arriving which was frustrating and time consuming. More details to clarify in pre-arrival would be great lot appreciated. Call was not local to building and not helpful. Parking lead us to upstairs parking as we explored we left and entered lower parking to access main entrance without stairs for suitcases. About 15-20 mins.
The location was great for us for walking to The Local and the Vanderbilt football game. It was a short Uber ride to downtown and had everything we needed.
Walking distance to the Parthenon and centennial park and a great little pub with music. Also a short uber to the strip for evening. Had some issues with the key lock system when we arrived but it got resolved fairly quickly. The room was tidy but not clean really…to be fair I clean for a living so I notice more than others. Overall had a great time!
Solid stay for the money. Place is nice and spacious. There are some things that need to get fixed like flooring peeling off or not insalled properly or cabinets not secure but im only here to stay the weekend not live so i wasn't bothered by it. Worth the $$
The place was nice and seemed very new. A few “convenience” items would have been appreciated. There was no full length mirror in the entire unit, we were only given one set of towels per person, no kitchen dish towels , 1/2 a roll of paper towels, no pool towels.
The elevator broke the morning we were leaving so we had to make several trips from the 4th floor by stairs to load our car.

Nice place and location, BUT
Check-in on a Sunday afternoon with questions but no one to answer them. The listed number didn't answer and the vmail box was full. Not a good start. The unit wasn't as clean as it should be. Floors were dirty. NO LUGGAGE CART. We were staying for a week and had lot's of stuff. Had to make 5 trips from the parking garage to the 4th floor of the unit. Not good. One morning woke up with little water pressure for hours. Fire alarm was set off at 7:45am one morning for testing.
Construction nearby was noisy and had one night of overnight construction. Floors need repair.
