Perfect home away from home

The house was beautiful, in the perfect location and set up so well for our family to gather for the Thanksgiving holiday and enjoy Nashville. I wished we could have stayed longer!

Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful time at Jessica’s home! It is gorgeous, spacious, and cozy. It was walking distance to a fun area of town and was just a quick drive to other parts of the city that we visited. Would highly recommend this home for a group of friends or families, and we would love to go back!

Great property

We had a wonderful time at this property. The owner was super friendly and attentive to our needs. The house is very spacious so no one is on top of each other. We had to uber downtown but 12 south is walking distance and that was a very fun low key area when you dont want to head to broadway all the time! Highly recommend

Beautiful home, helpful host and safe neighborhood!

This rental was perfect for my group of 10 visiting Nashville. The host met us for checkin and was quick and easy to communicate throughout the weekend. Pictures don’t do the house justice for how big and clean it was in person. Would easily stay again!

Wonderful Home!

We had 7 adults and the house accommodated our needs perfectly! The kitchen, bedrooms, living areas and game room were outstanding for group. Everything in the house was well stocked. The outdoor space is beautiful as well. The owner was readily available whenever we needed. Highly recommended!!

Fabulous Stay

My friends and I went for a ladies weekend getaway and loved our stay at the Blue Bungalow!! Such a beautiful home to relax and enjoy time together. It was extremely clean too!! I was very surprised how comfortable the beds were. Nice, soft sheets!! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We stayed as a group of 10. Beds were comfy and the place was very charming. Neighborhood felt safe, but we had to Uber everywhere as there wasn’t much within walking distance. Jessica’s communication with us was great! We would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a group of music loving friends

We had an amazing time at Jessica’s place. The place was spotless, well designed and large. It was a short walk to coffee shops, Gruhn guitars and a short Uber ride down to Broadway. We would definitely stay here again if we make it back to Nashville.

This was a great space for our women’s get away. The location was within 10 mins of everywhere we wanted to go, and the home was spacious and comfortable. Will definitely be back for my next Nashville visit!

Girls Weekend

This property had plenty of space for our group of 9 for a girls weekend! Jessica was prompt with answering any questions we had over the course of the weekend. The house was in a great location, close to all events we had planned. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed cooking breakfast each morning! I would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful come for table home to celebrate

It was our 50th - it was the perfect house for us. Lots of bedrooms beds super comfy, places to visit and chat, gorgeous kitchen and fun cozy backyard. Jessica and team were so welcoming and very kind. Responded quickly if we needed anything. Great neighborhood 12 south location

Fantastic find in Nashville

The Blue Bungalow was the perfect home base for our girls trip to Nashville. The house is beautiful, spacious and close to everything, yet located on a quiet street in an up and coming neighborhood. We walked to dinner in 12 South for drinks and a fabulous dinner, and Uber trips to Broadway were plentiful, quick and inexpensive. The host was so knowledgeable and gave wonderful recommendations. We would stay here again and again!

12 South Private Bungalow

We had an excellent stay in Nashville! This property was perfect for 7 adults. We had plenty of space and enjoyed having our own private bedrooms. Very comfortable. The house was one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. Fantastic location! We walked to the shops and restaurants in 12 South! Such a fun neighborhood. We were a short Uber ride from the Gulch and Broadway. All in all would highly recommend and will try to stay there again on our next visit.

Beautiful House, Fun City!

The house is beautiful and convenient for visiting in Nashville. My group of friends loved getting together in the beautiful kitchen and comfortable living room. Never had a problem with on street parking. Nice having two first floor bedrooms and the upstairs is cute with a great design for a Jack and Jill bathroom. Would definitely stay again. Had a great time in Nashville seeing a concert at the Ryman!

Beautiful home in the best Nashville location!

We were a group of gals celebrating our friend's 60th birthday. From booking the reservation to check-out, everything was absolutely perfect. Communication and check-in, check-out with our hosts were excellent! This gorgeous property is even more amazing than the pictures! The home is located in the 12th South neighborhood which was fabulous. A very short drive to everything Nashville has to offer and walkable to great shopping and fun cafes and restaurants! We will be back!
