  • The Truman House is a detached, 2-story, 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath home in The Gulch South neighborhood that sleeps up to 12 guests.

    The bottom floor features a spacious kitchen, dining room, screened-in porch, and half bathroom.

    The top floor features a laundry room with a full washer and dryer, a bonus room with a sleeper sofa and gaming consoles, and four thoughtfully curated bedrooms: the "Traverse" is the master bedroom with two Full beds and a large Full bathroom. The "Westlake" and "Berkshire" bedrooms each have a Queen bed, while the "Orion" bedroom has two Full beds. A full-size bathroom splits the Orion and Berkshire bedrooms.

    There is free parking in the driveway with additional free street parking available. The neighborhood is very walker and scooter friendly and it is extremely easy to access Nashville's local attractions. Walk or scooter to The Gulch or take a short Uber/Lyft to Downtown, Broadway, Midtown, Music Row, and more! Only 1.5 miles from the heart of Broadway and Downtown Nashville.

The house was perfect for our group, which included 3 families and our college aged kids! The host/hostess think of everything…lots of linens, snacks, soft blankets, etc! Loved everything about it!

The house was awesome. It was THE best house rental we’ve stayed in. It was super clean, very spacious, great kitchen facilities, and great location. We were able to walk to the Gulch neighborhood and a short Uber to Broadway music and bars. Also the hosts have stocked the house with so many thoughtful extras: wide range of snacks, charge cords with multiple connectors, Hey Google speakers, shampoo, conditioner and bath soap, etc. The hosts responded quickly to questions and check in and check out were smooth. I would definitely recommend this house.

A Flawless Experience

We had a wonderful experience here, and the hosts were so thoughtful. From personal touches to accessible communication, they covered all of the bases! When we walked in the door, handwritten notes and goodies awaited us. The house is newer and very nice. It is also very clean and well-appointed. They truly thought of everything. The main living area seating and beds were all so comfortable. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed to cook meals.
