A quick stay
The owners were kind enough to accommodate my needs for extra stay and were easy to communicate with. The guest house itself was clean and had plenty of entertainment for guests looking for some downtime after a long tedious day. Looking for some peace and quiet? This is the neighborhood for you. Come in and relax on the coziest bed you've sleep on, stock up in the refrigerator, watch some television or listen to the record player with some oldies. Thanks for everything! Have fun.

Clean adorable loft
This loft is clean, cute, and convenient to downtown. The Uber ride was only like $7 to downtown around 6 pm and $12 home after midnight. Parking is free so staying here saved us quite a bit compared to hotels and other rentals in the area. The host was very helpful and communicated with us frequently! We will stay here again!

Cute, clean, convenient place to stay!
This place was just what we needed for a quick overnight stay in Nashville. We went to a concert at the Ryman, and it was a convenient drive. Check in was flawless, and the place was super clean. And the provided toiletries were an added bonus! We wouldn't have been able to fit our whole family here, but it was perfect for my husband and I. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

I had a pleasant experience staying at Casey's place. The hosts were attentive to my messages and the place was clean. I recommend this space for anyone that needs a chill spot while being close enough to downtown Nashville.

Nice over-the-garage studio with private entrance. Bed and couch were comfortable. Small kitchen was handy. Hosts were very communicative and provided very clear info and instructions both before and during the stay. Would stay here again.

Nice stay!
Property was just as pictured. Perfect little place in a very cute area. Hosts were very easy to connect with and extremely helpful! I personally needed to adjust both check-in and check-out times and they were very accommodating. Would stay again!
