Great spot!

Quick trip to Nashville for Mother's Day wknd/concert. It's extremely close to everything! Very cute space! Had everything we needed. Neighborhood was safe.

Extremely clean rental and convenient location

We just stayed the night to attend a concert. The location is very convenient to walk anywhere in Germantown. The rental was extremely clean and communication with the owner to coordinate parking and key codes couldn't have been easier. Highly recommend!

An amazing stay for an amazing weekend.

The property was even better than we could have ever hoped. Our hosts had incredible communication before and after the stay, and were very responsive to any questions throughout the entire stay. I look forward staying here next time I'm in Nashville!

Great stay in Germantown!

My son and I stayed here for a couple weeks as we got him settled into Nashville. The location was great and the it was fun walking to the local bars and coffee shops. The hosts were great and the unit was perfect.

Gorgeous weather rivaled live music daily. Visit the outskirts by car. Walk downtown…Uber back. Clean. Comfortable. If I end up back in Nashville, I’m staying here again!

Perfect Loft

The property is so close to downtown Nashville. It was spotless clean, and had all the amenities we needed. It was quiet, peaceful, and safe. The property owner was wonderful and answered all our questions. We would highly recommend this property to any couple looking for a Nashville get-away. We can't wait to stay again.

Perfect Distance/Vibe

It was an awesome property for a Nashville visit. The hosts were wonderful and responsive from the beginning through the end. Great spot to go for a weekend or more when you visit. The vinyl player/selection was the perfect backdrop to enjoy the down time with. Appreciate the stay very much and will definitely be back again :)
