Liked: Location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
The house was newly listed but lacked full cleanliness and readiness for visitors. Beds were unmade and the bathroom was not clean, with items scattered throughout. Check-in was not smooth; entry had to be requested to access the home, no WiFi was provided, no rules or regulations. TV remotes lacked batteries, and one TV had a broken screen. Many items were broken, and stains covered the carpet. Washer is broken, leaks water and doesn’t spin just fills and drains. Advertised as a 4 BD, this 5 BD house leaves one room completely vacant. The location was nice, situated in a peaceful neighborhood.
