Beautifully renovated historic condo on Music Row in midtown Nashville, Spence Manor was Nashville`s first `Diamond Hotel`, that attracted celebrities from across the world in the 70s. Most notably, Spence Manor was Elvis Presley`s location of choice when recording at historic RCA studio B right across the street. Owned by legendary artist manager Dale Morris, artists like Alabama, Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Merle Haggard, Willie Nelson, and many more have all spent time in this presidential suite whether it was a layover between tour dates, or working on music together. Enjoy the Guitar shaped pool (seasonal) designed by Webb Pierce, which also has a propane grill guests are free to enjoy.

**Note regarding the pool: The pool is open year round, but is not heated. It will be open and available during your stay, but the temperature of the water depends on the season. Fun fact, this unique guitar-shaped pool was built by country music legend Webb Pierce!

Please note that all cancellations within the cancellation timeline will be charged a 7% processing fee if cancelled.

Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times.

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is `accepted`. If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We`ve put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors!

If the pool key and/or parking pass is not returned to the condo after checkout, you will be charged a $100 fee per item.
