This modern 4BR/4BA townhome puts you in the heart of East Nashville and just a 5-10 minute drive of Downtown Broadway, Five Points, and all the other awesome destinations that make Nashville special! Between all of your Nashville adventures you'll find that our home has everything you need– hot tub, game room in the garage, grill on the rooftop deck, cook up dinner in the fully stocked kitchen, or call it a night in one of the 10 beds! (2 Kings, 5 Queens, 2 Fulls, + 1 Air Mattress)



I tend to take a hands off approach as the space is totally yours. However, if you need anything, I am quick to respond via Airbnb and someone is always nearby in case of emergency.

Our home is located in the fun and vibrant East Nashville neighborhood. Enjoy walking distance proximity to multiple restaurants, a brewery, and coffee shop Conveniently located 4 miles from Broadway, with quick access to the highway to get to any of the other hot spots with only a short car ride.

Uber or Lyft are reliable in Nashville, however you will enjoy off street parking in the garage and dedicated driveway space if you choose to drive.

Great Stay, just as advertised

Property was spacious and had plenty of room for family of 8. The space was comfortable and fully equipped, beds were comfortable and individual bathrooms in each room were great. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. The only thing I caution is that there are alot of stairs so be aware of that and if you are parking over 3 cars you will have to find a space away from the unit. Other than that a great experience would recommend!!
