  • LOCATION is everything and this gorgeous property has 2500 square feet of living space in one of the best locations in Nashville. You are only 1-3 blocks away from fantastic restaurants, bars and live music.

    **1201 Lillian Street is not an event space. No Weddings, Rehearsal dinners, Bachelor / Bachelorette parties, New Year’s Eve , etc.**

    This beautiful home has an open concept floor plan that can accommodate up to 10 guests. It has a stocked kitchen and a full bathroom on the main level as well. Game room comes equipped with a foosball table.
    Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with double vanities. There is also a washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided. All bathrooms are equipped with shampoo/conditioner and body wash.
