Our 1899 Queen Anne bungalow home is in the heart of East Nashville. You can walk to the neighborhood shops, restaurants, bars, grocery, &coffee spots. Broadway & the rest of downtown is only 2.5 miles away. The living space & open kitchen work as a great gathering space as well as the back deck w/ couch seating & massive backyard. You can sit & enjoy some sun or set up our corn hole boards for the day

This space is completely your own. Open plan kitchen, dining, and living rooms. Smart tv for streaming.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed with an en suite full bath including laundry.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed
Bedroom 3 has two full beds suitable for up to 4 people.
Ample closet space in both Bedrooms 2 and 3.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you should need for your visit. We provide coffee, creamer, a few snacks and basic cooking ingredients.
Two full bathrooms with tub/shower combo. Shampoo/soap, hair dryer provided. Washer and dryer conveniently located in the master bathroom.
Great deck with outdoor couch and huge fenced in backyard.
Off street parking for three cars and two street spaces in front of the house. Street parking is free on the block.
You'll have access to the entire house, driveway (free parking!), and backyard.
We will not be at the property but we are local and available if anything is needed.
East Nashville is a vibrant, diverse neighborhood with many restaurants, bars, parks, small shops, venues, and coffee shops. Our house is within walking distance to several and also walking distance to a grocery store for you to easily and affordably stock up for your stay! East Nashville is family friendly, is close to downtown, and has a wonderful, supportive community. It is a very unique part of Nashville. You'll love walking through our neighborhood and seeing many beautiful historic homes.
You can easily get by without a car if you want to stay within the Nashville area. We highly recommend using Uber or Lyft. These are two apps that you can download right to your smart phone and request a ride within minutes.
We also have a great bus system if you choose to ride the bus. The nearest bus stop is located only a block away from the house. You can download the Nashville MTA Maps and Schedule online to see fares and routes to better plan your stay.
We offer a keyless, no contact entry for your group to enjoy during your stay.
