It’s a short drive, rideshare, or urban walk from Nashville’s best attractions and events—Ryman, 3rd & Lindsley, and City Winery concerts; Predators & Titans games; fine dining Downtown, in the Gulch, in East Nashville, or in 12 South. The location is ideal-- traveling against traffic for nearly everything you’d want to do.

Enjoy the 12’ ceilings, hardwood floors, heated marble bathroom floors, interior shutters, WiFi, 3 Roku TVs, Sonos sound system, oversize master shower, porcelain bathtub in the 2nd bathroom, one King bed, and one queen bed, transom windows above the interior doors, a fully equipped cook’s kitchen, and a farmhouse table that seats 6. For evenings, the deep front porch runs the width of the house.

The yard is fully fenced, with a low wood fence in the front and a privacy wood fence in the back. Propane Weber grill for your use in the backyard. Remote access covered parking accessible from the Alley. The property is well-lit and has a security system.

We have been on this block for 8 years, and while not every house looks like ours (some are new construction, some have been restored like ours, and some are waiting their turn), the neighborhood changes every single day. Please note that between our house and the biggest tourist attractions of downtown is a fair amount of residential and hotel construction, and some very cool light industrial properties. While we can and do walk in the neighborhood by day and night, you may feel more comfortable in a Lyft or Uber. We haven't waited more than 4 min for those most of the time.
