This was the perfect place to stay for our group! Uber ride to downtown was 5 to 10 minutes, which was perfect for us! Ron was available with any questions. If you need a house for a large group this is it!

Wonderful Place

The property was very clean, had everything we needed, and was easy to check in and out of. The only thing my group was thrown off by was the amount of rooms. VRBO shows the property as having 4 bedrooms with 5 beds and there were only 3 rooms with 3 beds. Not a big deal for our group but it could be for others!

Great weekend in Nashville

This was a great place to stay , everything was what the rental said , Ron the host was absolutely fantastic, He gave us us great insight on restaurants and a very good host , there was 8 of us that stayed and loved it, the house was very comfortable to stay in , Would absolutely recommend this host and house , thank you so much Ron

Great house equipped with everything you need. Only a 5-7 min Uber ride to Broadway and The Gulch. Ron is a great host and there when you need him, Very nice and wants to share all he knows about the area. We had a nice stay!

Perfect for what we needed to have a close location to Broadway. Was walkable 25/30 min.

Very easy to locate, & communicate with owner. Offered several basic necessities coffee, toiletries, charcoal and grill. Grocery store nearby.

Quiet yet close to action

Ron is a great host and his home is very neat and clean. We brought bicycles so we could get to all the major highlights including Broadway music scene (better on weekdays) as well as amazing river trail and pedestrian bridge. Well stocked kitchen, beds were comfortable and great couch and TV package for down time.

Friends getaway

Group of 9 adults rented this house because the description stated that it would sleep 9 and was walkable to downtown. It does not sleep 9 adults unless you want to sleep on air mattresses and the couch, with really no room to set up the air mattresses. Is not walkable to downtown. Two nights in a row a air mattress went flat which Ron replaced the next day. House had lots of personal items around, it seemed like the owners just walked out prior to our arrival. We also felt that the house was not very clean. Food items were left in the refrigerator/freezer with no idea how long they had been there. With a professional cleaning (inside & out) and removal of personal items this house would be a good rental for a group of 6.

Disappointing, for sure

Check in was smooth, but property wasn’t as clean as we would’ve liked. Didn’t look like a “professional” cleaning was done prior to check in. We experienced a leaky shower that created a puddle of water on the staircase. We alerted the owner and he came over to assess the problem and made a temporary repair. We then had an accident with the coffee table glass breaking. We, of course, cleaned up the glass and alerted the owner. The table was at least 15 years old, but he date stamp on the bottom and “made in China” sticker. He claimed it was a custom made piece. I offered to pay for new glass and he refused. He insisted that I not only buy him a new coffee table, but also an end table to match it, because “they needed to match”. I offered him a fair price for the table that we broke, he refused, and charged my card through vrbo $500, for a 15 year old wood and glass coffee table!! This is also after he showed up at the property unannounced to look at the table damage. No warning, no call or text, just came in to take a look. Thankfully we were not at the property at the time, but we all felt very violated by his intrusion. We understand that we were in his house, but felt that he should’ve called to let us know he was coming

Perfect Location

Ron was AMAZING!! His kindness and hospitality made our trip the best trip to Nashville we have ever had. We usually take a trip to Nashville every 2 years. This rental was perfectly located in between all the different areas of Nashville and perfect for our gathering of friends. The house was comfortable and welcoming. HIGHLY recommend! It was perfect for us!
