You’ll be about 10 minutes from Broadway, Downtown Nashville, and 12 South, 15 minutes from the airport and Green Hills, and around 20 minutes from the Grand Ole Opry and historic Downtown Franklin.

    The home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it a great choice for families, couples, friend groups, weekend getaways, or trips to Music City.

    Inside, you’ll find comfortable living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and additional sleeping options with a full-size futon and Twin XL floor mattress. We’ve stocked the house with essentials to make your stay easy, including Wi-Fi, a Keurig, bathroom essentials, extra blankets, and access to the washer and dryer.

    One of our favorite parts of the home is the outdoor space! Kick back on the patio, watch the outdoor TV, or fire up the gas grill after a day exploring Nashville.

    When you’re ready to head out, some of the city’s best neighborhoods, restaurants, shopping, live music, sporting events, and attractions are just a short drive away. Spend the morning shopping and grabbing brunch in 12 South, catch a Predators game or explore Broadway downtown, visit the Grand Ole Opry, or take an easy day trip to charming Downtown Franklin.
