Come spend time in idyllic Leipers Fork Village in Franklin, TN. Relax and enjoy a quiet break in the country to revive your body and spirit. Over Yonder offers a front porch with five rocking chairs and a porch swing. It is a great place to spend time with family and friends, listen to the gentle flow of the creek across the street, and enjoy the wooded surroundings.

Over Yonder is just 1.8 miles from Leipers Fork Village, which offers restaurants, music, antique shops, art galleries, and a spa. Leipers Fork is about 40 minutes from the downtown Nashville scene.

When you enter Over Yonder, you see a large open floor plan that includes a kitchen, dining area, and living room. It is a great place to gather and visit while preparing dinner or playing games at the dining table.

The kitchen is well-equipped for those who enjoy preparing meals.

This charming house includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All bedrooms include a queen-size bed and a chair or love seat. One bedroom and a bath are on the first floor, and the upstairs offers two bedrooms and one bathroom. Both bathrooms include a large shower, and the upstairs bathroom includes a standalone tub.

A full-sized washer and dryer are available on the first floor.

The hills in Leipers Fork cause spotty cell service. While at Over Yonder, it is best to log on to the free wifi and use the wifi calling feature on your cell phone. This works beautifully for calls and texts.

We have upgraded to fiber internet service as soon as it was available at our address (April 2025).

Our guests have full access to the whole house. I do request that people refrain from entering the old shed on the property. It actually used to be a smoke house and I have future plans to renovate it while keeping the charm of the old, but right now it is in need of repair, so off limits.

Country Living Over Yonder. The outdoor area includes a fire pit with Adirondack chairs.

Very clean and roomy place with all of the comforts you would need. Peggy was easy to communicate with and offered to assist with some technical issues with the TV. The rooms and bathrooms are really large. The place was much larger than two of us needed, but I'm still glad we decided to stay there.

We absolutely loved everything about the house from the swing and rocking chairs on the porch to the fire pit outside. Inside was nicely updated and well maintained with 3 huge bedrooms and large bathrooms too. It’s tucked away in a holler just a short distance from Leiper’s Fork with a few shops and a couple restaurants both of which were good. Only about 30 minutes from Nashville and 20 or so to Franklin it was the perfect getaway spot. Located close to the Natchez Trace we also spent some time exploring the area and taking a few hikes along the Trace. I highly recommend Over Yonder if you want to stay somewhere off the beaten path but still be close enough to the city.

Wonderful stay

Clean, convenient, spacious. We enjoyed the fire pit area and the peaceful outdoor space. Close enough to downtown Franklin and to Nashville to enjoy both locations, while getting to come back to this home and stay away from the hustle and bustle. Great host!

We were in town for a competition in Franklin and Over Yonder was the perfect place to escape from the chaos. It’s quiet and peaceful. The beds were comfortable. They had everything we needed. Check-in and checkout was flawless. We will definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area again.

Roomy, comfortable rental. Close to events and sites we wanted to enjoy. Met the fairly simply needs we had, including accessibility for one member of our party. There are steps up to the porch, but from there the first floor bedroom, bathroom, living area and porches were easily accessible.

Love this place!

This cozy place has such a homey feel! We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The host have taken such care with every little detail to make this the perfect spot. Beautifully decorated, all the amenities anyone could possibly need! Beds are comfy,bathrooms are great with walk in showers and an amazing tub!Hopefully we will be able to book our next stay so we can make use of the beautiful porch and firepit area.

We LOVED staying at Over Yonder! Rocking on the front porch while listening to the creek flow was just what we needed for a relaxing weekend. Everything was spotless and offered everything we needed. Beautiful stay outside Nashville

This is a beautiful little home outside Nashville. Great place to get to stay out in the country. So quiet and very roomy for a small family gathering. Plenty of room and very quiet location. Short drive to small town of Franklin. Loved the large rooms and all the amenities for a great stay. Will definitely book again for my next stay near Nashville.

Great spot to enjoy the fall

This place was so picturesque in the fall season. There is a beautiful little creek that runs in front of the property that you can hear while relaxing on the porch. The house itself was very roomy and cozy. The host is very responsive and helped me get back an important item that was left behind.
