Awesome stay. I don’t care much about employee demeanor since contact is brief but not overly welcoming. Property itself was very good, nice value, great room, good pool, good breakfast.

Great hotel; super close to Cool Springs Mall, other shopping centers, and downtown Franklin, with tons of great restaurants in the area. Rooms are spacious, beds/pillows are comfy and they have complimentary breakfast and a nice pool.

Good value and nice room for the price. Bright flood lights into my window all night and straight-pipe biker noise from Harley Davidson dealership next door were a zonk. Free breakfast is OK, but you get what you pay for. Gym is pretty sad.

We were in room 207 and right outside our window was every air conditioning unit for the whole hotel. You had no view at all except air conditioners.

Was good for a one night stay. Beds and bathroom were very clean, but the remote for the TV was pretty gross, and there was a weird smell in the room that didn't just smell like regular hotel cleaning products. If I was going to be staying for a few days or more, would probably choose somewhere else.

The front desk person was not friendly. Never said a word. The room was nice and clean however no toilet paper in the bathroom we used Kleenex. There was only one plastic glass to use for drinking.

I had a horrible time. After flying for 8 hours, then driving for a half hour the front desk service man was horrible. He asked my mixed race 5 year old daughter where her dad was. It was 2 in the morning so of course she blank stared him in the face. I was really caught off guard by the question. Here we are trying to start our family vacation without her dad and it’s the first thing she’s greeted with in Nashville, Tennessee. The front desks name was Mark. 0/5 for tasteless.

Nothing unique, just a nice very clean hotel. Only complaint is the sink and vanity are too small.
