Looking for downtown and Germantown close WITH PARKING? Then this is your spot This modern home has a HUGE rooftop with a stunning downtown Nashville view. Only 1.7 miles to Downtown Broadway and .4 miles to the heart of GermanTown

This 4 bedroom home has a bathroom attached to each bedroom.

The rooftop has a BBQ.

The space
This home is easily accessible to downtown, music row and GermanTown. It’s very close to the popular Nashville Farmers Market, the sound stadium and is centrally located for all of Nashville!

There is a huge rooftop with beautiful skyline views and includes a BBQ, conversation sets and a dining table.

The open concept living/kitchen has a “Smooth as Tennessee Whiskey” sign to take photos with.

There are 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom and themed. I used modern touches throughout the house but with Nashville influence. Each bedroom has its own TV and sound machine!

There is a 2 car garage, additional parking will be on the street.

The entire home is open to guests minus a locked storage closet.
