1. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $1,000 fee will be charged for smoking inside property.
2. Please keep the property and all furnishings in good order. If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Property Manager immediately.
3. Pets: Pets are are not permitted inside the property. If a pet or evidence of a pet is found at this property without prior approval, a $500 fee will be charged.
4. Parking: This property has a 2 car garage. If more spots are required there is street parking on Casper Avenue. There are no parking spots in the parking lot allocated to this property.
5. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
6. Garbage: During the duration of the stay trash shall be taken out to the trash cans and not left outside of the house. The dumpster coral is located in the corner of the parking lot out the back door of the townhouse.
8. Quiet Hours: Guests are asked to respect community by keeping noise to a reasonable level. Quiet Hours are considered to be from 10 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. We take noise complaints very seriously. Should a noise complaint involving law enforcement be placed against Guests, this contract is void and Guests may be subject to eviction with no refund and loss of security deposit at the sole discretion of Property Manager.
9. Storms: If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless the state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a `Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area`
10. We do not rent to locals.
