The Space:

A little Southern charm, a cozy place to unwind, and a convenient spot for your Nashville adventure. This approximately 700 sq. ft. one-bedroom condo is designed with comfort and convenience in mind. The bedroom features a king-size bed, while the living room has a sofa that can accommodate an additional guest. Start your morning with coffee in the fully equipped kitchen, get some work done at the dedicated workspace, or relax at the end of the night after exploring Music City. The private washer and dryer are especially handy for longer stays or after a little Nashville shopping spree.



Guest Access:

The entire condo is yours during your stay. You'll have easy keypad entry and access to complimentary parking in the on-site parking lot. The condo is located on the 3rd floor.



The Neighborhood:

Located along Gallatin Pike, the condo offers convenient access to neighborhood restaurants, shops, and everyday essentials. When you're ready for the full Nashville experience, Downtown is approximately a 15-minute drive away, depending on traffic. Spend the day exploring Music City, catch some live music, grab dinner, or enjoy Nashville nightlife before returning to your cozy retreat.



Getting Around:

A car or rideshare is recommended for exploring Nashville. Complimentary parking is available on-site for guests with vehicles. Rideshare services are also a convenient option for getting downtown and around the city.



Other Things to Note:

• The condo itself is entirely renovated however is within a retro, restored apartment building that occasionally bears its age.

• Regarding the unit: While the max occupancy is 3 people, remember the space fits 2 comfortably. Laundry is in unit for guest use. Towels & linen are provided. Travel sized toiletries, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. The well-equipped kitchen features a stainless steel oven, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A keurig and basic kitchenware is also provided. Guests are responsible to provide any additional amenities desired such as additional toilet paper.



•Check in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 11 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate to other guests, we cannot guarantee that an early check in or late check out request will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm.
