A really enjoyed my stay. Clean, quiet and comfortable. The host added character to this space that made it cozy and inviting. Having a carport was a plus the next morning when it was raining out.

As charming and modern as ever…

This is a jewel hidden in a stack of Nashville “studios.” (A little music pun for you guys.) Everything was super neat, clean, comfortable, the perfect size for one person or a couple. The parking spot was a nice touch. I had easy access to 31e and Gallatin which had so many food/coffee options. My conference was at the Gaylord Convention Center, and I could easily get there in 11 minutes. Host instructions were abundantly clear and friendly. Overall, I would definitely recommend to others and stay again myself.

Super cute, convenient and cozy

I cannot say enough about how perfect this stay was for me for my short, fun trip. If all you need is a quaint place to stay for yourself or a couple and want to be on the go most of the time, this cute room is perfect. Very clean, modern decor, comfortable bed, nice quality shower amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner provided), cute lamp lighting, and a Keurig with assorted creamers/sugars for coffee in the morning. Beautiful windows all along one wall which gave nice light. The hostess, Shelby is the most kind and helpful host going out of her way to be helpful with sweet gestures throughout my stay. Without ever seeing her, I could tell she cares about her guests. The location was great. Coffee, a brewery, yoga, Italian all walking distance and Lyft rides also convenient to anywhere else. This will be my go-to place when traveling alone.

Basic but ok

A little smaller than I anticipated but maybe the square footage was listed and I missed it. It was very clean. It was super easy and close to get on and off the interstate. 3 miles to downtown Nashville. I would recommend a trash can other than the tiny one in the bathroom. Parking and entry were convenient. The room was warm and I couldn't locate a thermostat, but the ceiling fan helped. I stayed here for 16 hours and 8 of that was sleep and 5 was being downtown. It's not a room designed to hang out in much, so just be aware of that. It's really a place to rest your head. Cute though!

The place is basically a small room under a townhome just next to the open, rather tight parking carport. There was little to no space for opening the luggage except on the bed. The bathroom was clean. There is little light in the room and there might as well not be a TV. The location is okay but still a car ride away from the main East Nashville vibe and definitely a Lyft/Uber from downtown. I stayed here for a work trip - definitely not a conducive work space with a tiny desk/ table and small stool to perch on.
